Located only 20 minutes from the Edmonton Int'l Airport, this home is also within 15-20 minutes of shopping centers including South Edmonton Common Outlets and world-renowned West Edmonton Mall.

The home features a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, three large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and large backyard with decked outdoor eating area and gas grill. Bright and spacious office area offers all amenities for the business traveler including ample desk space with three office chairs, printer/copier, wifi and Ethernet connections, as well as a fully connected PC computer. The host was very responsive to all our questions and queries and the house was great for our family to socialize in the evenings. The pool table was a lot of fun! The beds are nice and comfy as well. Great host and a great house!

We had stayed here previously, but needed accommodation on very short notice last week. The Owner Paul was extremely helpful sorting out the rental on short notice. Communication with the Owner was top notch.

Good for a family get together.

I stayed with my family for more than one week on this house. This is a beautiful house, very well maintained and cleaned. The layout of the property was spacious and very well equipped to live in and entertain. The bbq, pool table and projector room were our favorite places/activities. This is a good place to stay.

Perfect location, clean, spacious enough for 6 or more people. Everything we needed at our fingertips. Lived the disk tub and pool table as well as the abundance of DVDs to enjoy in the media room on the big screen. Would definitely stay again.

The home is large with numerous spaces to hangout. The kitchen is a galley style and pretty well equipped. The gym is well equipped and laundry facilities are great. The home layout is obviously designed for adults and older children with the spaces spread out over the 3 levels of split home. The bedrooms were very comfortable with a very large Master Bed with ensuite bathroom. The shower water pressure was very good and lots of hot water, the jet tub in the lower level bathroom was pleasant to use but took a long time to fill due to its size. The backyard is a fair size except that there is about 2/3s of the fence missing along the back alley. Nice deck but weather was too cold to use it. There is a large double garage which would have been a nice perk for parking in cold / snowy weather but it was not avail to guests as is probably being used for storage by owner. Overall we had quite a comfortable stay and Paul was a great host, easy to get a hold of and very prompt in his responses. Though he did fail in his task to arrange for sunny above 15 degree weather.

Our family had a great trip and stay in Paul's South Side Home. The house was clean and very spacious, in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we could ask for. The pool table was a pleasant addition. Great location close to grocery stores and short drive to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Memorable White Christmas

The unit was clean, spacious and very well equipped to live in and entertain. The pool table and projector room were a big hit with the family. It was very easy to find and close to everything and everyone. Stores and restaurants close by were very convenient. The owner was very responsive and well organized. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay for family get- together. The pool table is fun for all ages and the entertainment room downstairs is a relaxing way to end the day watching movies. Loved the location, easy access to the LRT to get to Oilers games and soon the West Ed mall as well. Short distance from multiple restaurants and shopping centers. Host was friendly and helpful, easy to contact.

Great place from which to explore Edmonton

This home was everything we hoped for and made a great home base while we visited friends in Edmonton. Clean and spacious. Though we didnā€™t have time to take advantage of it I saw there was an extensive DVD movie collection. Three minutes to Safeway for groceries is a big plus. Would highly recommend.

Easy, fun trip

This Vrbo rental was a delight. The host was attentive, friendly and prompt with communication and our questions. Our family, (2 adults, 2 kids ages 8 & 11) stayed for 5 days and this home was perfect for our needs. Easy drive to WEM, with plenty of amenities nearby. We were in Edmonton to visit relatives and the house was nearby which was vey convenient. We enjoyed playing pool and found the house was modern with spacious bedrooms. The laundry in the basement was helpful after touring the Rockies before arrival. We would definitely stay again when visiting Edmonton. NB. The map on Vrbo is not accurate. The property is on the main 109 Street NW.

A little disappointed

We booked this space due to the fact that the listing stated that there was a hot tub however it ended up being a jacuzzi tub. The house needed to be rearranged and the pool table should be in the basement instead of the main living room so that it was more comfortable. Paul was easy to communicate with however

Myself and 3 young adults found this house clean, well stocked and very spacious.

We had a great family visit back home. The house ended up being a gathering spot as my folks and others have downsized. We had great dinners on the deck, a couple of pool tournaments and a whole lot of fun. I have stayed at many homes before, but am impressed with the simple little things. Such as the owner was kind enough to open the house early as we ended up getting to town a lot sooner than our scheduled time. I let Paul know and he had us in the house right away, about 8 hours early. Thank you Paul. The pantry is well stocked with coffee and all the amenities , only needed to by food to make. Great location as well. Only 15 minutes to anything. Thanks for the great vacation Paul, see you soon!

It was good

Stay was nice, fireplace was wonderful (if you do not clean it, you need to pay a cleaning fee for this), jetted tub was nice, location was convenient, spent days at WEM and evenings watching movies and enjoying the space. Billiard table was a fun touch. Cons: Too much scented product around the home, made it difficult to breathe for the first day, until we found them all. Kitchen blinds have mold on them, so if you are sensitive, this is not the home for you (I am sensitive to mold and my body was not happy about the location). Basement movie room was very cold, and we were glad we had brought our own dvd's and player to watch in front of the fire place. Was overall a nice stay.
