What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Large Owners Suite with custom barn doors, a HUGE King Bed, and a 50" Smart TV with complementary Netflix!
- Our house features FOUR washrooms where THREE are attached (Ensuite) full bathrooms, 1 half washroom on the main floor living space located by the front entrance.
-Beautifully featured in-wall linear electric fireplace.
- Beautifully decorated space with Ultra-Modern yet cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- TONS of available street parking.
- Located close to The University of Alberta, Whyte Ave, South Edmonton Common and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 10 min away!
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-This home does have a downstairs suite that is also a short term rental AND there is a possibility that the downstairs guests may have pets. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and HVAC system.
Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed, and one double bed in the 3rd bedroom. We also have a large blow-up mattress you can set up in the spacious living room. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to the downtown core to catch an Oiler's game or concert at Roger's Place, or one of the many restaurants, bars, and shopping districts nearby on Calgary Trail!

- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

*Please note* -All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.
HOT TUB RULES:
-hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night
-hot tub is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay
-please use the washroom and shower prior to using the hot tub to minimize amount of deodorant, oils, cream and dirt etc. that end up in the water.
- Please note that bubble bath, soaps, or oils are prohibited from the hot tub. If bubbles are found, a full drain will be required at a cost of $500 plus tax.
-hot tub sessions are to be limited to 30 minutes or less
-only potty trained children should be allowed to use the hot tub
-no glassware in the tub or anywhere near the hot tub area
-please make sure to only wear proper swimwear in the hot tub as regular clothes leach detergents into the water which creates excessive foam.
-no food or other drink permitted in the tub
-do not remove the chlorine or pool monitor from the hot tub
-cover is to be placed back on after each use
*if glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged to your damage deposit of $500

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Large Owners Suite with custom barn doors, a HUGE King Bed, and a 50" Smart TV with complementary Netflix!
- Our house features FOUR washrooms where THREE are attached (Ensuite) full bathrooms, 1 half washroom on the main floor living space located by the front entrance.
-Beautifully featured in-wall linear electric fireplace.
- Beautifully decorated space with Ultra-Modern yet cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- TONS of available street parking.
- Located close to The University of Alberta, Whyte Ave, South Edmonton Common and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 10 min away!
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-Our home has a separate basement suite with another short term rental unit. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and HVAC system.
Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed, and one double bed in the 3rd bedroom. We also have a large blow-up mattress you can set up in the spacious living room. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
