Great place to stay!

Great place to stay, convenient location, beautiful home with many provided home essentials (Toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent). We had 6 people in our group and we were very comfortable! We would definitely book again.

Great location and roomy with large kitchen

We rented this home because of proximity to Westminster Memorial park as we had family business there. This home was a great location for visiting many Orange County places.

Nice House in a Good Location!

The property was good, aside from noise carrying in the house from room to room. It was clean and in a good location. Good amenities, with shampoo and body wash provided, as well as laundry detergent and sheets. Recommended!

Highly recommended!

We are a family of four and we greatly appreciated our stay in this property. Very clean and even better than the photos. Everything is well maintained and well functional. The location is perfect for us who want to visit Little Saigon with a walking distance to Asian Garden Mall ‘Phước Lộc Thọ’. I highly recommend this property to all families who look for a nice and quiet place to stay while visiting ‘Little Saigon’ in Orange County, CA.

Awesome place

Stayed there with extended family for a trip to Disneyland. Great location and distance to the park. About 18 min to the park. Be careful of the floors when wet they are super slick. Could use some more paper towels and other supplies. Other than that it was great for por needs.

Excellent rental for our Disney trip

Immaculately clean home with all the amenities needed. 10/10 recommend. The only feedback is to include some lamps as the fluorescent overhead lighting is too much. Otherwise very pleased with everything.

Very clean, bright, comfortable

Walked into a very clean house, rooms were bright with light grey walls in contrast to some houses we've rented that are dark and musty. Clean towels, comfortable beds. Huge kitchen to work in. Well supplied kitchen just lacking a dish rack for dishes to dry on after washing.

Orange County visit

The house and neighborhood were exactly as hoped. I needed to use a sleep mask as neighbor’s lights made the bedroom too bright for me. Not a negative for this house as this can be an issue anywhere. Owner was promptly responsive and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which was helpful for our situation.

Nice home. Everything pretty new. Thermostat is on timer so when it gets chilly you have to get up to change it. Wish there were extra blankets. No blender, minor detail. Overall good experience.

Centrally Located

This was a great place to stay conveniently located between Disneyland and Huntington Beach. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The property was clean, easy to access, and there was room enough for the 6 of us, we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. There are a large number of dining options to choose from nearby. The only issue we ran into was the wifi password was incorrect on the instruction sheets inside the home, we contacted the property owners and they took a little while to respond, but did get with us and were able to fix it the next day. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this location and the set up. If we were ever in the area again, we would definitely look this house up again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and enjoy our time together as a family while we were there.

Not quite perfect

Great location and very nice house. Unfortunately whatever cleaning service was used before our arrival did not do a good job. Wife found candy wrapper stuck to a bed pillow and a stain on a bed sheet. Causing us to remove all bed sheets and pillow covers and wash them before using ourselves. We also went to store and bought microfiber anti allergen pillow cases for the 5 pillows we used and left them behind under the washed pillow cases. Some pillows had bad stains as well under the cases. Walls around the house could also use a good wipe down lots of stains like liquids were spilled on them. Under the beds was filthy and house had a strong smell like bleach was used to clean causing headaches

Nice, quiet home

Overall this was a fine place and I had no real concerns with anything. We didn't spend a lot here, it was basically a place to sleep, eat breakfast we were back late most nights and getting the kids into bed. The home overall was smaller than I realized from the listing but it wasn't a big deal, we didn't need a large space. The neighbourhood was quiet and no concerns there. It's in the middle of a fully residential neighbourhood so don't plan on walking to a coffee shop or anything like that. It was a good 20 minute drive to Disneyland taking the city streets and staying off the freeway so you will need a vehicle for sure if you're staying here for any activities. The price was right, I never met the host but they were responsive on email and everything worked out well. If you're a family coming for a Disney visit or something else and you want a quiet place to be able to come back to that is certainly more affordable than the hotels, this was a good option.

Spring Break stay

The property was clean and met most of our needs. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had convenient access to major highways. It was wonderful having laundry facilities and supplies (detergent, softener, bleach, dryer sheets) provided for use. We loved having a grill available for use as we grill a lot. We appreciated that basic spices were provided. It lacked a few basic amenities in the kitchen that would have been helpful, such as a can opener, aluminum foil/Saran Wrap, coffee filters, and packets of condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo). We were forced to buy some of these and leave 99% of them behind, which hopefully will benefit future visitors. The beds were the size advertised, but had no extra blankets or pillows. The beds lacked mattress pads and the fitted sheets were shallow and didn't stay on the mattress. There was no cable, or at least we we're unable to access it during our stay. We were able to watch Netflix only by using our own login. If these were provided, having login information to access would have been helpful. We spent little time at the house so it wasn't a major issue for us. Overall, the property was beautiful and we would recommend!

Thank you for your review. We always want to provide our guests the best experience for their vacation. Many of your concerns would be cleared out with just a text away, for example we would drop off a new can opener for you right the way. Instead of Nexflix or cable, we provide Youtube TV, an excellent alternative to traditional cable. YouTube TV gives you popular network channels, live Sports, and movies....
