4/10 - Insatisfatório

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação, localização e precisão do anúncio
Pontos negativos: Limpeza
Had issues at check in where unit had not been fully cleaned causing allergies. Reached out to the host who was very quick to communicate and got their cleaners back out there to fix that aspect within a few hours which was inceedible. No coffee pods for the Keurig (the pods that got left out were cleaning/descaling pods and no others in the house). A fair bit of the dishes were not clean (mainly stuff for the oven). It was very hot the week we were there--house has a single AC unit that does a great job cooling the living room but doesn't reach the back bedrooms at all resulting in a delta of 15-20 degrees even with the doors open due to the sun hitting the walls along the back. The central vents don't move the air conditioning so the entire unit is cooled by a single (powerful) wall unit in the living room. Backyard was good for the kids. Host definitely is engaged and responsive and hopefully can continue to improve on some of the issues we experienced.
