This modern Gulf Shores condo has all you need for your next beach vacation, with ocean views from the balcony, air-conditioning, and a comfortable living area with a TV. You will have access to an indoor pool, sauna, and six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds.

This condo is within easy walking distance of the sugar-sand beach, where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and more. Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge and Gulf State Park are both a short drive away, offering great day trips with the possibility of seeing the local wildlife.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great value

We stayed here for a girls trip. There were three of us and we were all comfortable. The condo was as pictured in the listing. The view from the balcony was amazing and absolutely the best part!

Its the beach so I can't complain. The view was amazing. There is limited towels if your staying longer than 2 days bring your own. There was no key to access the hot tub,gym. My son got a key to get into the gym later on. I found out that key was suppsoe to stay in the condo. Or so the people said at the desk. The kitchen has roaches. I saw several crawling along the dishes and dining area. The beds are so comfortable. The master bathroom sink does not drain. Very tight spot between kitchen and living room. Its so tight it would have been hard to use the dining table. We chose not to. overall good experience minus roaches. Thats gross .. view was the best.

It has great views

The condo has great views. Roaches in the kitchen. Master bathroom dont drain. Very tiny living room m, dining area. Bed sleeps great. View is amazing. Bring extra towels if you have a family and staying longer than 1 day. Nobody left a key card to enter gym or spa. So we lost that feature.

Close to the beach!

It’s a good place considering the price range but needs some upgrades. Plus is there are a lot of amenities on the property, it’s close to the beach with a great beach view!

Going on the list for future trips!!

We really enjoyed the retro vibes of this unit. So cute, and the art is really nice!! Plenty of bedding is provided for all sleeping options, and while the mattresses are past their prime, the master bed is at least partially mitigated by a topper. However, this topper slipped and slid to where neither of us were properly in the bed, so we had to fix that a few times. The twin beds in the second room are fine for kids, but prob not supportive enough for adults. One of the frames has seen better days but is functionally fine. We did not use it but the couch in the living room is a pull out sofa and there is enough bedding provided for that as well. The area is great, near enough to the busy areas when you want that, but far enough away to be peaceful. We will definitely be checking this place first for our next Fort Morgan trip!

I recommend if your on a budget.

CONS:Sand in the master bed. The bed frames need to be replaced. Very squeaky, if you roll over every one is hearing you. Refrigerator leaked ,not a huge deal but it’s not fun stepping in water first thing in the morning. It’s outdated but you’re not spending a ton of time inside anyway. Floors were very sticky for some reason. Pros: good price to value. Decent view. The sassy bass is great. Pretty quiet for the most part on the 8th floor. We enjoyed our stay even with minor inconveniences. Overall yes I would definitely return due to the price.

Great room with unique decor.

Bed was super comfy. View was great. The pool and atmosphere is great. Sassy Bass was pretty good although busy. It’s nice having a place you can walk to from the room. Everything was tidy and clean. The walk to the beach was short. We will definitely be back.

Furniture is old, rusted, and wore out. Dried blood on the lamp shade next to the bed, the fridge was leaking water so there is always standing water in the fridge. The bar stools are unstable. Primary bed mattress needs to be replaced. Horrible nights sleep every single night because it is so worn out, we even flipped/spun it to see if it would help and it didn’t. All the towels, blankets, sheets are ROUGH! We have stayed at multiple units in this building and this is by far the worst one. On our last night, at 2:30AM, the towel rack in the second bathroom fell off the wall and woke us all up - there wasn’t a single towel on it to begin with. The only benefit was the pools are always great and the view from the balcony. We will be returning to gulf plantation but could never recommend someone stay in THIS unit. Had to spend money our first night because of the lack of cups/dishes for a five night stay and a family of four - most of it was stained coffee cups and double shot glasses. My boys slept good in the bedroom with twin beds but never stayed on the living room because the furniture.

Great location and perfect weather!

Loved the location, size and layout of this condo. The view was beautiful and the weather could not have been more perfect. The bed and bath linens could be improved upon to ensure quality use and a more relaxing stay.

Mixed review

We had a great time. The view and the property was great. The unit was lacking as far as towels, cleaning products, and cooking utensils. Bare minimum on everything. Make sure you bring coffee filters, beach towels, and your own cleaning products. We stayed 7 days and the place can get a little funky after the beach everyday.

The best part of that unit is the view and the walk in shower. Furniture is not comfortable and is dirty.
