New Beautiful House with Open Kitchen, Large Bedrooms and Living-room

This is a Large Duplex Unit with 2 Large Bedrooms, a Bathroom, a Full Opened kitchen with a wet bar (3 chairs), a Dinning table (4 chairs), and a Living room with a Large L-sharp Sofa, a Sofa Bed, and a smart Fire TV with free Netfix, chromecast, and YouTube. It is the home away from home. Guests have full access and all private to this unit. The house has 9 feet high ceilings throughout the whole house as it is recently built.

The House features including the brand new hardwood floors on all bedrooms, the brand new nature stone tile for the rest of the house, the brand new central AC/Furnace system, and the new paint on the rest of the house.

Each bedroom has a Queen/King Bed (one bedroom with King Bed and one bedroom with Queen Bed), Nightstands, Light, Painting on the wall, Walking Closet, Ceiling fan/lightā€¦ and a set of desk/chair for working remotely.

The kitchen has full Appliances (Range, Microwave, refrigerator, dining sets, cooking stoves/pots ...), Maple Cabinets, Granite Counters and Backslash. Wet bar with 3 high chairs. Dining place with Table and 4 chairs. A Rice cooker, a slow cooker, and any specialized cookers can be available upon request.

The living room has a Sofa Bed (extra bed cover, blanket, and pillow in the closet), a large L shape sofa, a smart Fire TV (with free Netflix, YouTube, local channels, and google chromecast), glass tables, rugs, painting...

The private bathroom has been Exquisitely Renovated with Vanities, Granite Tiled Shower Stalls W Deco Mosaic Tile.

The whole backyard is covered with concrete and 12 feet roof. Covered carport in front of the front unit door for your convenience. You will never get wet to get to/from the car from/to the house.

Guests can park 2 cars in the covered carport which is at the end of the drive way (straight from the gate).

The house has a central AC and Heater (Furnace) with a smart thermostat, a brand new Electric Solar System (Green), and a Central water softener.

FREE 100Mbps Internet for your business and Leisure usage. For optimal speed, it is suggested to connect 4-5 devices at the same time.

Brand New Washer and Dryer are available in the house. They are free for guests to use.

Excellent Home with numerous restaurants nearby. Conveniently located with easy access to major thoroughfares. Home is stocked well which made the stay very comfortable. We will definitely book this place again in the future. Host is very informative and helpful.

Our stay was really good, but just short of excellent, but I will still give it 5 stars. The house was good size and was within walking distance to some great food and little shops. It was a quiet neighborhood. It was hard to find addresses on most of the houses, so we struggled to find it when we got there after dark. We had to get out of the vehicle and walk up and down the sidewalk to find house numbers. The host was attentive and replied back when we needed the wifi info. We would stay there again if in the San Jose area again.

Excellent Stay!!!

The duplex was very clean, and a great location, close to SJSU. It was great to have easy parking. Size is good is perfect for a four person family. Again clean and very functional.

Great stay

Close to where I needed to go with easy freeway access, this neat, spotlessly clean house was very well stocked, quiet and just right for my stay of several days. Communications were excellent, prompt and to the point. Parking was an easy straight in. When the opportunity arises i will certainly be back.

we had a really pleasant stay this location was quiet, close to freeways we needed and neighbors were friendly. We came to celebrate the holiday with family as we moved away. it was great to have the kitchen, comfy beds and a safe space. Thank you

Quiet, clean, and spacious!

Fantastic little duplex unit with a private parking space included. Great amenities and everything you would need for a stay is included! The neighborhood was quiet, and the layout of the property kept us feeling safe and private. The Host was extremely generous and helpful with a booking error I have and really saved me a lot of stress.

Great neighboorhood!

Very nice home. Clean but lots of plug ins and smelly smells on the towels, sheets and bedding. I am a fragrance free person so I was miserable because of all of the smells. I ended up having to go to TJ Maxx to buy a blanket and slept on the couch the nights I was there as I couldn't sleep in the bed. It was fine. The neighboorhood is wonderful for walking my dog and it was very quiet. Large park right down the street and I discovered an excellent donut shop right around the corner the second morning! It is very centerally located and was only an easy 6 mile drive to my work training location which is why I chose this place. I would stay there again but would request in advance that no plug ins be installed which would help with the fragrance issue.

Disappointed

Listed as a 3 bed room, definitely only 2 with a futon in the front room. There were 4 towels and 4 washcloths so I had to keep laundering them and only one kitchen towel. This unit is a house with renters in the front portion. Typically not an issue but they yelled and fought through the night, parked in our designated spot, said we drove up the drive too quickly. The man living there spoke to us way too much. Asked us not to make a complaint, he made us feel unsafe. We did finally reach out to the owner and they excused their behavior as having a ā€œbad day.ā€

False Advertising

It is not a 3 bedroom house. It does not sleep 6 people. It should not be advertised as such. Yes, they explain elsewhere that the third bedroom is actually the living room with a fold out bed but it is not at all comfortable for a bed. In no way would it sleep two. Also, there is no clothes storage in the living room. The ice maker is not functional. The listing indicated there was a coffee maker. We brought our favorite coffee and condiments. Nope. No coffee maker. They switched to Kuerag and failed to tell us. They acted like it was no big deal because they provided 2 pods and said go to the convenience store and buy more. First, 2 pods for 6 people? Second, can you really buy a few pods from a convenience store? If we knew in advance, we would have brought our own coffee maker. Otherwise, the place is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has a nice diversity. Good Indian and Mexican restaurants.

Owner very responsive. House has 2 nice bedrooms. Close to downtown San Jose, Japantown and just round the corner a Spanish neighborhood with great Mexican restaurants. Easy freeway access.

Quiet neighborhood, nice property

I enjoyed my stay and the quiet neighborhood. The only reason I rated it a 4 is because the TV only had 2 English speaking channels and neither came in well enough to watch. Secondly, the parking was really hard to get out of. Other than that a nice, clean, well equipt home. Thank you to the owners for sharing.
