Single family home. Rates start for 1 adult. All utilities are included. Each (Visiting) guest, any age is $40.00 per person. We take some Pets they are also $40.00 per night, per pet, + tax. You will receive door code once ONLINE Guest registration is received names, ages of guests, your billing address, and Credit Card. Additional Travelers charged on credit card. The house includes four master bedrooms with King beds 4.5 bathrooms sleeps up to 16, 4 King bedrooms and 4 guests in two Queen hida-beds in the living room and 4 Can sleep on twin mattress on the floor Entertainment and restaurants close by. Features Southern Exposure, Gulf Access deep canal, boat docking, 28 ' x 14 ' heated salt water pool and wireless internet.Off street parking for 4 cars no access to the garage. Fun and entertainment in every direction. Fish right from our dock or pier fish at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. If you are a beach person the Yacht Club offers a white sand beach and a pool just a few miles away or head to Fort Myers Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Great fully equipped house!

We loved our stay at this Cape Coral house. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. We loved that each bedroom had a dedicated bathroom. The pool was perfect and had lots of seating for everyone. My kids loved the pool toys. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There was a big closet with beach items we could borrow, which was great! John was responsive to any questions that we had throughout the trip. If I had to be nit-picky, I would say that there was a large volume of un-needed furniture throughout the house. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone looking in the area.

Perfect for large families or friends

This is our 3rd time at this house. Love how big it is and that each bedroom has their own bathroom. Pool and Hot tub are wonderful. Walking distance to Rum Runners, the marina and other shops and restaurants. We always have fun there and make a lot of memories.

We had plenty of room with a 12 person group. Publix was 1/2 mile away:) Great location to all the attractions in the area.

Absolutely Incredible Getaway

Our family enjoyed our best vacation yet in this beautiful home. The home is expansive & richly decorated. It had everything our family needed and more. The beds are so comfortable and each room is spacious and has its own bathroom!! The pool and patio are a dream— we loved spending every minute we could soaking up the sun.

Birthday weekend for my husband

We enjoyed a much needed relaxing weekend with family. Lots of time spent in the beautiful pool and outdoor lanai. Near by Fort Meyer’s Beach provided some fun shopping, drinks, and water activities. Also near by, Cape Coral Harbour, for outdoor eats, drinks, and shopping by the water. The property provided a huge kitchen for all of us to meal prep together, kayaks to enjoy in the canal, clean rooms which all included our private bathrooms, and a breathtaking outdoor pool area with beautiful sunsets. We can’t wait to go back!

Great stay

We booked this house at the last minute because we had problems with another VRBO property. Owners wen out of they way to make our stay fantastic. Would definitely stay at this property again.

It was a great experience and beautiful house

This house is great for family and friends since everyone has their own bathroom. The AC stopped working and they responded quickly to getting it going. This is an awesome house and neighborhood. Thank you for the memories!

Cape Coral property review

This home was very nice ... comfortable and in a great location. We thought it was odd that we were locked out from the garage as that could have been a problem had there been an emergency with power to the home. First time in the numerous times we've rented that this was the situation. Also, we only had 6 people but were charged for 8... we let the owners know more than a month in advance that we would be 6, but were told sorry... didn't under stand that the standard charge for this property was 6 and that going to 2 extra was extra charges. We anticipated 8 and thought it only honest that we indicate that... had we known, we would have registered 6 and added 2 more if they came.That could have been easily adjusted but owners chose not to. Comes across as greed in my book.

Stay here to relax and unwind

This house was a relaxing place to be. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen and laundry areas are fantastic. The outdoor patio and pool area is a place to relax for hours. The pool was pretty cool but it is winter, so no complaints. It is nice being along the canal and able to fish and boat watch. . Quiet neighborhood. Stores and highways easy to access nearby. Would recommend to small or large families. I would love to come back again!

Little things make big differences

Overall the property was nice, but it was not adequately supplied. There were 10 guests staying and we paid a PREMIUM for the 10 guests but were only provided 5 rolls of toilet tissue 1 roll per bathroom for 10 people for 8 days ? We had to go buy more. Only 2 trash bags allowed for 10 people ?, We had to buy more. 2 loads of laundry soap. We had to buy more. There was no "extra" bedding for the extra guests, even though we were charged for the extra guests. 1 towel per person no extras and without buying more laundry soap no way to wash towels. The furniture was very dated and overly large and kind of piecemealed together just to fill voids. Large heavy arm chairs in the bathroom? So much stuff in the bedrooms you couldn't open drawers. We had to buy a TV antenna for the TV to work, so we could monitor weather. It was a very special occasion and it would have been a nice detail to have a bottle of wine or fruit basket or anything to acknowledge the special occasion. It was extremely difficult to navigate the front door lock and unless you could remember that 10 digit number, you couldn't get in. Overall I would say the property is overvalued and too expensive for the amenities provided.

Wonderful home away from home.

This is a beautiful property. The house is furnished amazingly and everything was so neat and clean. It was always nice coming back to the house after a day of site seeing, fishing, or shelling, and then be able to relax in the beautiful pool with the hot tub. The owners were very nice to deal with. A fantastic vacation and I would recommend this house to anyone vacationing in or around Cape Coral.

We had the BEST time! The house, pool, and location on the canal were perfect for our family.

There aren't enough superlative adjectives to describe how overjoyed we were with everything about the property! It was precisely what I was seeking when I rented it as a destination vacation hub for my daughter and son-in-law and grandsons (ages 15-21) and my son and daughter-in-law and grandsons (16 and 20) and my grandson's sweet girlfriend (19) and myself. Everyone would have loved staying a few more days beyond the week we'd scheduled. Everything we needed to really enjoy our week-long stay was provided -- even fishing poles, much to my grandsons' delight. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to others who are looking for the "perfect family gathering spot" in southwest Florida. Five stars all the way!

Great for large group/family

Stunning home with all the amenities. Pool/deck area is large with lots of seating. Bedrooms have all private bathrooms. This was nice as we were traveling with friends. Lots of space to all be together or have a moment for yourself. The grand master bath is very spacious with plenty of towels. Those in the other rooms had only two bath towels and expressed it would have been nice to have a couple more but minor detail. Really cannot think of anything but what a beautiful home this property is in a very nice location. Easy access to restaurants, groceries anything that you may need. Overall 5-star⭐️

Much needed family getaway...

This property suited our families needs from the 1 year old to Grandpa at 62. The weather was beautiful and the pool area was enjoyed by all. The house is very well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms and towels for the pool. The biggest down fall was traffic. When you wanted to go anywhere that at home would be a quick 10 minute drive there took us 40. Next time we rent in the area I will have to take that into consideration. I also feel the owners fee for guest per day is a bit excessive if you need to charge more per night just charge more. That is part on me cause I should have looked at that more before I booked. It is a nice property.

Gorgeous property in great neighborhood

My husband and I found ourselves scrambling for a rental when the original rental we booked turned out to be horrible. This property was a available and so glad it was. It was absolutely beautiful the minute we pulled in. This a very large home with lots of amenities. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The master bath had a walk in shower with plenty of room. The kitchen was huge! Although we did very little cooking the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We had a minor issue with hot tub but management got it repaired very quickly. Sabrina the manager was very responsive and helpful. My husband and I went for a walk everyday and this is a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The neighbors were all very friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful property. One of the best we have ever stayed in.

A perfect get away

This place was the perfect getaway. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The huge kitchen made it easy for us to cook together. The location was close to many stores and beaches. I loved that we all had our own room with a bathroom. It offered us privacy.

We travel to Cape Coral several times a year, our three adult children show up at the same time and having 4 bedrooms and 5 baths was a must have. I work from home so having space for a small office is important also. The Location is central to everything we like, Boating, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, polo games in Sarasota, Naples. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, breathing the gulf air, take your cup of coffee out to the lanai or on the dock our personal favorite and enjoy the relaxing view of the water!
