VRCC Villa Sunny Haven

Villa Sunny Haven is a gorgeous vacation villa in the southwest corner of Cape Coral, very close to the Cape Harbour on the famous Surfside Blvd. It is one of the best and most sought-after residential areas in Cape Coral. The port at Cape Harbour is a 10-minute walk away. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc., are within walking distance.

Be the first one after the intense remodel. This vacation home is particularly suitable for families with children. The Camelot Park, with its large playground, is quickly accessible. There are also 2 free tennis courts available, illuminated in the evening.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee River which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on-site. All our boats have powerful engines, GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, a cool box, a cabin, and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

All furniture and appliances are new. The designed pool area is the highlight of this house. From the pool, you can enjoy the fantastic intersection view on the canal. Electrically heated, the pool heats the water to a comfortable temperature every season, which you can determine by yourself.

From the elegant, light-flooded living room (with 60 inch LCD), you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal, and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, so that there is a great inside-outside feeling.

In addition to the large master bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in closet, there are another 3 large bedrooms on the other side of the villa with Bedroom and queen size beds.

They also have a fantastic view of the pool and canal from the stunning kitchen. Our kitchen is equipped as our own. You will not miss anything.

There is direct access to the pool from the living room, dining room & the master bedroom.

Furthermore, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.
