Excellent and Cosy Apartment at Cascais Historical Centre

Cascais Central Apartment (LU n.652 -13-09-2005 - 91 m2) - Excellent and comfortable apartment in the heart of Cascais completely renovated in 2014.

Located in Cascais historical centre, in a street a few minutes walk from the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops.

The Cascais train station is 10 minutes walk, with good connections to Estoril (5 minutes), Lisbon (30 minutes).

2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

1 large bathroom with bath, bidet, hair dryer

Spacious living room with cable TV, Wifi available throughout the home, free Internet access, dining space that sits 5 persons

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, expresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board.

Beach towels available and sun hat.

For the babies a cotler, a baby bath tub and a eating chair.

Cleaning during the stay is not included, but you can request this service for the price of 50 euros

We were met and welcomed by Margarida who was extremely kind, helping us up the stairs with luggage and providing advice and suggestions about the area.The apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. A short walk to the beautiful beach, town and marina. Would happily return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment in Cascais. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and peaceful while just a short walk from beaches, shopping, restaurants and transport. Margarida was a great host, readily available to answer any queries. Amazing location and great host

Great apartment!

Great apartment with perfect location, just a few minutts walking from the historical center and beaches. The apartment was clean and well- maintained. The owner was helpfull and very nice. We Could easily recommend this aparment to everyone we know.

Everything you need and more in a fantastic location, with a very friendly owner!

We stayed in Margarida's lovely apartment with our family of four for nine nights and only wish it could have been more! Very clean and well equipped apartment that is perfectly located for exploring beautiful Cascais and beyond. In easy reach of great restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Very close to a fantastic park and the 24hr pass for all the local museums, galleries and attractions in exchange for the tourist tax was an unexpected bonus too! Would recommend to anyone, with many thanks to our friendly, communicative and easy going host Margarida!

Well situated , well appointed

The property was ideally located in the old town section of Cascais but in easy walking distance to downtown. It provided everything to make it feel like a home away from home. Margarida was always available to answer any questions or support any of our needs. If the opportunity arises we would certainly reuse this property.

Absolutely superb!

This was one of the best holiday rental experiences we have ever had. The apartment was even better than advertised with so many thoughtful additions that made it feel like home in the 5 nights of our stay. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and had everything you could possibly need. Margarida, our host, was one of the best things about staying here. She was warm and friendly, helpful and a fantastic communicator; she felt like a friend rather than a host. If you want to stay in Cascais look no further than this charming apartment.

This property is very well located for easy walks through the old historic area and downtown. Margarida is a natural host and was very helpful from tips on where to eat, shop or rent cars to helping us with our luggage. Her place is clean and has all ypu need for a comfortable stay. The place is also very toddler-baby friendly with a cot, a high chair, a cartoon channel, a stool for the bathroom etc. We also appreciated the apartments character or style. Thanks Margarida!!

Fabulous two months!

From the moment we met Margarida and was introduced to her cozy and comfortable apartment, we felt as if we were home. Our two winter months flew by and we had absolutely not one problem. The two flights of stairs were easily manuevered and we loved the spacious layout of the apartment. Margarida was more than a landlady; she became a friend.

Beautiful apartment and great location!

My daughter and I rented this apartment for 10 days. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed the great location, a five minute walk to the center of Cascais and all the great restaurants. We prefered staying in Cascais and commuting by train to Lisbon (30 min direct train ride). As a suggestion it would be great if there was a booklet with local information ie location of grocery stores, best restaurants, banks, train station etc... Margarida was very nice and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Cascais cultural hub

the apartment is centrally located to provide walking access to shops, restaurants, train stations, art galleries and museums and, the best amenity, walking along the sea front! or swimming in the water! if you have a car you can drive to sites like hilltop Peña or the western point lighthouse, cabo do roca (spelling?). also there is paid parking in the streets or at garages and one street around the corner has free parking ( we did get a spot and left the car there for 2 days). The apartment is lovely; i would live in an apartment like that!

short nice trip to Cascais :-)

we just had 4 days in your nice appartment, we enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and the kitchen well equiped. Margarida was always reachable and very supportive. Thanks again for that :-) - I ranked the stay with 5 stars, WLAN connection was perfect ... but I like to place one Feedback, it would be great if you would provide more tv channels then just 2 (in german language) ... just because for children Entertainment... some may need, some not ... however - Michael and family

Very comfortable stay

My husband and I stayed in Margarida's place from Nov. 8 to Dec. 8. We had a great time and really liked the apartment. It was very functional and also very warmly decorated. There were plenty of dishes in the kitchen for us to prepare our meals. The dishwasher and washing machine worked very well. The bed was very comfortable The place is in a very nice and safe neighbourhood. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the vicinity and it took about 10 or so minutes to walk to the beach and the commuter train to Lisbon. Shopping also was nearby. All in all our stay in the apartment was great. Margarida was very easy to deal with, from the time we booked to the time when she came to say good bye. She is a very friendly person. If we come back, we'll certainly stay at Margarida's place again. thank you Gary and Bridget, Guelph, Ontario, Canada

Excelente apartamento.

Apartamento bem espaçoso, limpo e funcional. Perto de praticamente tudo em Cascais, não há defeitos. Apenas se atente por estar no segundo andar e não ter elevador. Margarida é uma excelente pessoa é sempre se colocou a ajudar em caso de necessidade. Recomendo a todos.

Wonderful Apartment, Fabulous Host

I stayed in this lovely apartment for two months, from September to November. It was an incredibly wonderful experience. The apartment is very warm and cozy, and is furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Margarida is a very generous and gracious host, who freely gave of her time and expertise. The apartment is in a perfect location close to the town center, the coastal road, the park, and museums, yet in a quiet and residential area. Cascais is gorgeous with so much to offer and this apartment was the ideal spot to stay while exploring this beautiful area. I am coming back again in the spring and will be happy to be returning to this sweet apartment which really felt like home. Thank you Margarida!
