Located in North Scottsdale in the beautiful tennis community of Winfield

This is my home away from home and I hope you will feel the same. The home sleeps 2-6, is approximately 2000 sq ft and has 2 bedrooms -the master with new king size bed, guest with two new twins and an office/bedroom with a new Bassett hide a bed with upgraded queen air mattress. The recently remodeled master bath includes double vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bath includes single vanity with a Mexican hand painted sink, Mexican tile counter top and bathtub/shower combination. The kitchen was just upgraded with new induction cooktop and convection oven, microwave, quarts counter top, composit sink with touchless faucet and filtered water faucet. The kitchen/pantry is well stocked with Safeway, Target and Starbucks are "just around the corner". The private rear patio features new built in BBQ, gas fire pit and comfortable patio furniturne. ***At the front entrance-- I have recently added a new low walled very private travertine patio looking west towards the natural wash which is wonderful for enjoying morning coffee and /or the beautiful evening Arizona sunsets. Winfield has 8 (6 hard and 2 clay) lighted tennis courts with two tennis pros on staff. Two new pickle balls courts have recently been added. At the beautiful 2025 remodeled club house you can participate in hiking, golf, bridge, canasta, or mahjong groups. The fitness center is well equipped with new machines and free weights and your work-out can be followed by relaxing in the spa or steam room. Yoga and exercise classes are also available for an additional fee. The large year-round heated pool has a "beach" entrance, a fantastic view of Winfield mountain and is surrounded by cool decking with many new tables, umbrellas, comfortable chairs, and chaise lounges. The tennis courts, club house and pool are all just a quick walk from the house. There are several hiking trails in Winfield and close by where you can enjoy the high desert boulders, many kinds of interesting cacti/wild flowers, amazing animals and birds. Also close by are activities such as visiting charming old town Scottsdale, the fun historical cowboy town of Cave Creek and Carefree - just up the road, in Phoenix the world famous Heard Museum, live theater and many interesting art festivals. Award winning golf courses and of course many outstanding restaurants are also near by --or-- just stay "home"- grill something yummy on the new (2025) built-in gas BBQ and relax -sitting by the cozy gas fire pit enjoying the spectacular Arizona sunsets with a view of Winfield mountain from your own private patio!
