Great home for Familes, Long Term Renters, Shoppers and Golfers! Very private & Quiet Home with Beautiful Mountain Views. This beautiful 3,100 square foot home was recently renovated and newly furnished and decorated with new mattresses, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. This is the perfect place to get away and enjoy some quiet time relaxing or enjoy all that Central Scottsdale has to offer such as Golfing at Troon, McDowell Mountain, Ancala and Eagle Mountain. Hiking trails in the area such as Lost Dog Trail & Sunrise Trail, or boating on Lake Bartlett. As well as the large variety of stores at Keirland and Scottsdale Quarter. Families will enjoy the short commute to the Phoenix zoo.

You will enjoy relaxing in the pool and spa (heating fees are extra) and lounging in the pool loungers or patio furniture in the west facing backyard. Outdoor entertaining is complete with BBQ, Out Door Dining, Loveseat & 2 chairs.

Everyone will have their own space in this home with an open floor plan & 14+Ft Ceilings. The home has 4 Bedrooms/3 Full Baths - 1 King, 2 Queen & 2 Twins for a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children comfortably. The master bedroom is very large with own sitting area and access to the backyard. The kitchen has a large center Island with 2 chairs and comes equipped with cookware, utensils, pots & pans, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. There is a Family Room & Great Room which are both equipped with a 60' LED TV w/BlueRay and Cox Cable TV as well as a pool table in the Great Room!

You'll enjoy great mountain views and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets here in quiet privacy while still being close to all of the activities you visit Arizona to do.

Loved this home

Excellent Property

Everything you need to have a relaxing fun vacation. Very quiet and private neighborhood. The house and pool are well maintained and beautiful. Owner is very responsive to any questions during your stay. We will be back!

Beautiful home with amazing accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay in this desert retreat. The house was amazing and had all high quality furniture and luxurious details throughout. The sleeping accommodations were extremely comfortable and was very quiet. The view was beautiful and the pool was very clean and peaceful with the waterfall flowing each day. We would highly recommend staying here- we plan to again soon.

Terrific rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on Scottsdale. The house had a great layout and was as described online. Location was terrific as we enjoy Fountain Hills and Scottsdale. House was close to both. James was very helpful and responded immediately to resolve several small issues. Loved the pool and spa. Would highly recommend it. James wzs

Exceeded Expectations

We just returned home after spending 6 weeks in this lovely Scottsdale home. From beginning the booking process to finishing our stay James always responded quickly to any questions. His home is well equipped, has comfortable seating and beds, and has beautiful views of the mountains and desert wash from the patio. The pool and spa, which heated up quickly on request, were enjoyed daily. We look forward to returning to this special place.

Exceeded Expectations!

This property is absolutely GORGEOUS!! The house was stunning. Fully equipped with anything and everything you could need! This was by far the best stocked home I have ever stayed in - super host right here! The home is spacious, beautifully decorated and fit all of our needs. Close to lots of hiking trails. Downtown is about 25 min, but beautiful scenery to look at along the way. We throughly enjoyed our trip and cannot wait to come back again!! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great for families, pool/spa heat costs extra

This property checked all my boxes: very clean, updated, beautiful heated pool/spa and outdoor space, and as a bonus for anyone with little kids - had a full size crib available for use. After the pool, the crib sold me on this listing since we were traveling with a 2 year old. This is a 5 star property, however I do want to give it 4.5 stars as the extra cost for the pool/spa ($50 per day for both, $20 for just the spa) was not shown anywhere in the listing but buried in the rental agreement. I do wish this had been more transparent in the listing. Regardless, we were happy that pool had the ability to be heated as it was needed for our kids and we did take advantage of that feature. There were also quiet hours as this was in a residential area; it was listed as 9pm in the documents at the house. Not too big of a deal for us but worth noting. We would definitely stay again.

THE MAJOR DISSATISFACTION ISSUE was a last minute request by owner for us to 'hide in the house and garage' due to issues with neighbors and City Bylaw Officer. Most concerning was that we were asked to misrepresent the rental arrangement to the local officials if they came to the house. This made me and my guests very uncomfortable during the stay, wondering when a knock on the door would come. We wondered if our occupancy was legal and if we may be ejected or subject to legal action. This prevented the enjoyment of our vacation and stay at the home. For this reason we will never rent a property through VRBO or a foreign owner again. Too bad, it could have been a nice stay but we all felt uncomfortable and misled.

Oasis in the desert

Chaque soir c’est un merveilleux spectacle avec un coucher de soleil et une vue imprenable. Property was even better in person than the pictures showed. Exceeded our expectations.

The only reason we rated two items as a 4 was because we were given the wrong code for checking in. We tried contacting the owner but received his VM. However James called us back within 20 minutes and gave us a different code. He apologized for the late response. All other correspondence was very fast. The house was amazing along with the back yard and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this again given the option.

Spotless spacious rental / attentive owner

We enjoyed our stay and would return. The large space suited our group of 8 adults well, with lots of room to spread out. The house and pool were sparkling clean. The back yard was lovely and private. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well throughout the large space. Instructions for TV/Netflix, etc. were thorough and the owner was available if we needed anything. We enjoyed close proximity to Eagle Mountain and Sunridge Canyon golf clubs, 6-8 minutes away. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful few days

We had a great time at this house. It’s immaculate and super clean. The pool and spa are amazing and the landscaping is beautiful. I would have no problem whatsoever rebooking at this property. I wish all properties in VRBO were like this - sadly not the case.

Great property!

We really enjoyed the property! We loved the pool, hot tub, proximity to hiking, views, etc. The property was well stocked with basic needs and kitchen supplies. James the owner was very responsive! I do recommend reading the fine print on the hot tub and pool ahead of time. Heating the pool and hot tub is extra (which I understand), but I didn’t realize that James needs to handle the heating schedule remotely and the schedule is “semi-fixed”, so advanced planning is helpful. I didn’t read the fine print ahead of time, so we had to work out the details while we were onsite. James was very responsive and it ended up working out great. The heated pool and hot tub were fabulous. I would stay here again.

We were here for a wedding and had 8 family members. This property was perfect for our family and just the right size. So enjoyed the pool with a view and the pool table was a hit!! We will definitely be back at this property!!

WOW!

My husband and I brought our three grown children and three younger children to Arizona and stayed in this home. It was absolutely wonderful! We had a ton of room and the backyard was absolutely Paradise- beautiful! The house and backyard are super clean and extremely well-maintained. Photos just don’t do this home justice. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard is very private with a wonderful view of the mountains and cacti and the sunsets are gorgeous. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions and the entire process was super simple. It’s so wonderful when a place exceeds your expectations! There were a couple of days that yard maintenance/pool maintenance men showed up unexpectedly and we were caught off guard a bit so it would be nice if there was a notice about the maintenance schedule posted somewhere in the house or in the information that is given about your stay just to give renters a heads up and there were a few small items that we didn’t have in the home (like wash rags - we had to buy our own- and some kind of casserole dish or 13x9 cake pan to bake in and maybe a hand mixer) but overall we absolutely loved staying in this home and we hope to do it again one day!

Beautiful Home with Incredible Pool

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was very clean, well stocked, and communication with the owner was very quick and easy. The location of the property was great, although we had so much fun at the house that we rarely left. My children spent the majority of the day in the pool from early mornings into the evening. We did pay to have the pool heated, at the suggestion of the owner, and it made our time even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderufl home and pool!

This property did not disappoint! I called the owner with some minor questions and he was very helpful and courteous. The property is immaculate inside and out. Even tough it's in a community is is very quiet and private. I will definitely be returning for some R & R.

This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood backing onto a reserve to allow you to relax and enjoy Scottsdale's beautiful weather in quiet. We have set up this home up to be enjoyable and comfortable for our guests to get the most out of the stay in Scottsdale. We hope people love this home the way we love it and recommend it to their friends and continue to come back to enjoy what we enjoy about the Phoenix area.
