Overall, pretty good, but started really rough. We arrived at 5pm, but the door code wasn't working. Called the host company and they said they send over maintenance. We went to dinner and returned at 7pm. Still not working. After speaking with the emergency line twice, we finally got a working code around 730pm. Turns out maintenance was never called. When maintenance finally showed up, and after I helped a bit while my wife put our kids to bed alone.... We realized that the GFi outlet outside had blown and killed the. Power to the main living room as well. The cover to that outlet was literally hanging there and completely unmounted exposing it to the rain. When the maintenance guy pushed the reset button, there was big spark. He disconnected it and covered it properly, but between that and fixing the door he didn't leave until almost 9pm and only then we're we able to get the 1yr old and 4yr old to sleep closer to 930. This pretty much wrecked our first full day at the house because the kids were so exhausted. They normally go to sleep at 730 or 8p. Other funny things about the house include a toilet paper holder falling off the wall upstairs, ab extremely poorly finished shower in the master bath, no towel racks in the bathrooms upstairs, and no mirror in the master bath at all. There's so much else good about this house, but just need somebody to stay in it for a night and see what's up and finish it off. VRBO support was very helpful.
