Beautiful Lake Front Craftsman Style Home in the Golfing Community of Waterfront Greens! Dreams will come true in this unique lake home! From the minute you see this home, you will know that you have escaped your busy and stressful life for the mountain life. The décor and architecture of this home has an elegant yet cozy feel, while giving you luxurious amenities. The outdoors are calling you! Take a relaxing soak in the private hot tub while watching the lightning bugs, or grill on the spacious deck while eating at the picnic table. This home is surrounded by a level grassy lawn and nicely appointed landscaping. Bring your boat or rent one - this home offers a boat slip in the community docks. The popular community of Waterfront Greens offers tennis courts, a golf course and a mini golf course, a pond for fishing, gazebos, and private roads for taking a stroll.

ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access and dock slip located within Waterfront Greens community, along Lakefront Links Drive. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

There is a wood fireplace available for use, however firewood is not provided. Locally available for purchase.

AFTER BOOKING: An email will be sent to the address provided during check-out; please check for action items needed to secure your reservation. The subject of this email will start with "URGENT: Complete Your Booking For"... and may be in your Promotional/Marketing folders depending on your email provider and settings.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.

Good overall

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and very comfortable. 3 mild things we didn't like though: 1)No wi-fi (the Network that was mentioned originally in the agreement didn't exist) - when we called the office - they promised to send a person to resolve the problem - the person didn't come). 2)Very cold in the bedrooms at night - I wish each room will have it's own air-conditioner regulation (i guess, the thermostat was operating according to the fireplace room - it's much warmer there and freezing in every bedroom!!!) 3) The water level in every bathroom became really slow from time to time , (depending on the hot-tub operation). And on the day of check-out, people came to clean the hot-tube before we left - so, we were unable to operate a dishwasher - water flow was extremely slow!). But except this the house is very nice and clean and we had a good time.

not the cleanest place

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year in a row we are staying at the same place, and literally nothing has changed. As a result, the home is less maintained and less clean than it was a year ago. The sheets are all the same, most of them dirty, carpets are not exactly the best, ping pong table now missing etc. etc. Its always wonderful to spend time at deep creek lake and it was this time too but I wish the owner/property manager would take a bit more care of this property.

TLC AND PLUMBING NEEDED!!

Reviewer Comments: ALL OF THE WALL IN THIS HOUSE ARE FILTHY, THE RUGS HAD STAINS, THE BED IN THE MB LOOKED AS THOUGH SOMEONE WAS LAYING IN IT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, THERE WERE DEAD FLIES ON THE WINDOW SEAL IN THE MB, THE FURNITURE WAS UNCOMFORTABLE/HOT TUB SMALL. WHILE WE MADE THE MOST OF THIS HOUSE AND IT DOES HAVE GOOD BONES I WOULD SUGGEST A GOOD CLEANING CREW, NEW PLUMBING, SOME UPDATE AND A GOOD PAINT JOB! IF THESE THINGS AREN'T DONE I WOULD NOT SUGGEST STAYING THERE

We would deal with them again. The house was surface cleaned but the carpet was stained and dirty and the walls were very dirty. We had to look in every room to find towels and there were not enough pillow cases for the beds. The beds on the lower level felt more like full size, not queen. We enjoyed boating and kayaking and participating in many of the local activities. The only thing that would have made our experience better would be not looking at the dirty walls and carpet in the house. Manager responded on 7/29/2017: Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the cleanliness of the home was less than expected. We will discuss these issues with the home owner.
