This is a lovely one bedroom apartment right in the heart of "downtown" Puerto Morelos.
This apartment is a short walk from beach (less than 1 blocks) and only a half block from main park port side.
This apartment offers great ocean views from the rooftop patio.
There is a full kitchen, a dining area, family room and a great roofed patio for outdoor dining.
Located above El Pirata Restaurant - walk to everything!

We have other great properties available as well - we have two large two bedroom apartments beach front with private beach access. VRBO 888242 and VRBO 1589077

We loved our stay here. Fantastic location close to everything. No beach view, but just a very quick walk to the beach and in the center of the town, which did mean a little noisy sometimes, but everything shuts down by midnight at the VERY latest, so that really wasn’t a problem for us. In fact, it was fun to sit out on the veranda and watch the world go by and enjoy musical entertainment, etc. The place was very clean and fantastic communication from our very responsive host. Would 100% stay here again!!

The hosts were very welcoming, responsive and helpful! The location of the unit is perfect, near the beach, restaurants, the grocery store, the town center, pharmacies, the list goes on. The unit is very clean and inviting, stocked with anything you might need to be comfortable.

Great place to stay!

We loved the place. The location was perfect - within walking distance to the beach, the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Having the pool on-site was definitely a plus. The rental itself was quite comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Finding our destination was so easy. Everything was exactly as our host described. What little information, extra amenities and assistance that was graciously and quicklyprovided. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.

Great location with great hosts

Great location accommodation. Nice little, well-equipped kitchen and good layout. Live music ended at 10:30pm. Hosts were available for anything. We loved being so close to beach and stores. Only thing missing for us would be ocean view.

First stop on our tour

Everything was good, location etc. luckily we had ear plugs with us. Music every night from bars around, very loud and noisy.

Two weeks was not enough.

I loved everything about my stay. The apartment was perfect and I especially loved the huge balcony. The location of the apartment was right in the middle of everything. Puerto Morelos is a Great city with wonderful food, lots to do, an amazing beach, lots of great music, and great people It was a perfect vacation I would happily stay there again. Thanks so much.

Don't come here it's just for me.

Come and enjoy hanging out with the hippies. This is not crazy Town. It's cute old calm old people. If you're looking for party time it's not here.

Ideal Location

This was our stay at this one bedroom apartment. We love the location about 2 blocks from the town square. There are delicious restaurants up and down the street on both sides. This year we experienced the closing of the street from 3-11 each day, allowing people to walk up and down the street, dining on the street, and lots of live entertainment. The queen sized bed is very hard, and we pack an extra blanket because we want the weight of blankets. We stayed 10 days and they sent in a cleaning crew with fresh linens at one week. The owners checked in occasionally to see how we were, and answered a question we had almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this VRBO as we'll be returning ourselves!!

Unique property, great value and location

This unit was exactly what we expected. A bit dated, but clean and well maintained. The bathroom was very nice with plentiful hot water and a strong flow. Inverter (ac) and ceiling fan kept the bedroom nice and cool. The selling point of this property is the covered balcony with a beautiful ceramic floor. It overlooks a charming cobbled street that boasts several restaurants. Watching and listening to the crowds at night is fun. The bedroom sits back so you don’t get any street noise. Besides, the street is very quiet by 10:30ish. Finally, the hosts very responsive with a representative living close by. We generally prefer to be on the beach, but this was a fun little change. Finally, if you are on a budget this place is a terrific find.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay at this charming one-bedroom apartment in the vibrant heart of Puerto Morelos! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was delightful. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a perfect getaway. The apartment itself is a gem, just a stone's throw from the beach—less than a block away! It’s also conveniently located half a block from the delightful main park, making it easy to explore the charming town. Every morning, I enjoyed breathtaking ocean views from the rooftop patio, which was a magnificent spot for relaxation after a day of adventure. The amenities provided were truly impressive. The full kitchen allowed me to whip up delicious meals, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying them. The family room was cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere to unwind. The roofed patio was an ideal setting for outdoor dining while soaking in the tropical ambiance. Located above El Pirata Restaurant, I found it so convenient to stroll to nearby attractions and indulge in local cuisine. This apartment is truly the center of everything you could want in Puerto Morelos! If you're looking for a vibrant stay in this beautiful town with hosts who treat you like family, look no further. I can’t wait to return!

Great location, has everything you need

This is a great little property in the heart of the restaurant row in PM, a few minutes walk to the center of town. Spacious interior for one or a couple. It's older, which you see in the listing, so no surprises there. The outdoor patio overlooking the street is a great place to watch the world. Communication was great, the property owners were very helpful.

Wonderful place!

The front patio makes people watching at night so fun! Nightly music to listen to out there. At night when you go in it is very quiet to sleep! Bedroom is away from the road so you don’t hear anything. Small kitchen, but has everything you may need. Grills are available to cook on if you choose. We have stayed in many places in Puerto Morelos and this has been our favorite! We will return here next time. Fantastic stay!

Great Location

This property is in a great location. The apartment was perfect for solo traveler. I felt completely safe at all times. Short walk to the beach and right on the main "strip" of restaurants. I was there over New Year's and didn't have any issue with noise. The windows and air conditioners are brand new. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Thanks Laura!

Amazing Vacation

The location of this apartment was perfect. Restaurants, beach, town center, shops and dive shop within a few blocks. Need a coffee? Go downstairs. Need an ice cream? Walk across the street. The furniture was comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The AC and ceiling fans kept the apartment cool and comfortable. There was plenty of space, and an extra large balcony. We will definitely use this location again!. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

We have been a part of Puerto Morelos since the mid 1960's (before there was a cancun).

This property was a governmental grant to my husbands family in the late 70's, early 80's. We originally build a simple single family home. Upon the passing of my husband's parents, we combined with other family members (by marriage) to develop the current location of El Pirata restaurant with the apartment on the second floor.
