Location, location, location! This rare 6- bedroom direct beachfront residence offers you everything you need for your family getaway. Located near Bonita Beach's only beachfront restaurant and water sport rentals (jet skis, paddle boards, etc), guests of the Seabreeze are only a short walk away from local nightlife, restaurants, and beach activities. You'll have a front row seat to Bonita Beach's spectacular sunsets while watching from the two large screened lanai balconies or private beachfront backyard with plenty of loungers and dining tables. Inside you will enjoy an open concept family room, dining area and well appointed kitchen which features stainless steel appliances. The main floor also includes a king bedroom with ensuite and a queen bedroom with ensuite. The spacious top floor Master bedroom with Gulf view has a grand king-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. This floor also offers a second king Gulfview bedroom and two queen-sized bedrooms which share a full bathroom with private hallway access. Elevator access from the garage to all floors. Formerly known as the popular “Aqua House”, the home has new owners in 2018 and has been completely repainted and redecorated with all new furnishings, tv's, beds and linens. This is a spacious beachfront home for a bayfront price stay more enjoyable.

The location was amazing and the floorplan/layout was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. There were multiple gathering areas for everyone to spread out, and a large enough common area for us all to be together at the same time. There were fun things to do and great restaurants nearby. Plenty of beach gear and toys, the grandkids had a blast! We really enjoyed everything about it!

We loved the location of this home along with the wonderful floor plan. Accommodates 10 or more easily with plenty of options for gathering as a whole or in small groups. The tiki hut is a wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying some shade time! Big plus too is the elevator! Let’s not forget all the beach chair options and water floats/toys for children and adults. Sunsets amazing! We found the property manager (Arlan) always quick to respond to our questions and very helpful if we needed any thing. Arlan was amazing to work with from beginning to the end of our visit!

We have been renting different houses in Bonita Beach for 16 years now. Seabreeze is the best appointed one. It had everything needed for our three generational family of 12, from 12 to 81 yrs old to have a wonderful time. Arlan responded to all our concerns promptly and most important, nicely. 5 stars for sure!!!

Multi-generational Family Trip

3 generation family trip. The place was fantastic! We loved being right on the beach! My 2 and 3 year old grandsons loved the beach and the water. Lots of beach toys for them. More beach toys than we could ever use as a family. Plenty of lounge and beach chairs for the adults. We set up 2 beach umbrellas every day. There was a nice hose and a shower to rinse sand off before coming in. Loved the screened in deck with the large table. Sat out there in the evenings and watched the gorgeous sunsets! Spectacular a few nights. Walked to both Doc’s Beach House and Coconut Jacks. Super convenient. House was modern, clean and neat. Plenty of room to cook for our large group. Having laundry available for 10 was wonderful. Arlan, the property manager was so helpful. He answered all our questions and either answered my calls, or got back to me immediately! Highly recommend Seabreeze!

Family vacation paradise

Great location right on the beach. Loved the cabana- perfect to get out of sun, have lunch but still right on the beach! One issue was the water pressure was not good for the upstairs large hall bathroom. Also, large king bedroom had a small hallway bathroom rather than its own bathroom connected to bedroom. Other than that it was absolutely beautiful for our family. Kitchen well stocked. Arlan, manager was great! We will try to stay here again!

A little piece of paradise

The home was huge. 6br 6bath. You could tell they had taken a pretty hard hit from the hurricane. Most items had been repaired. There were a few remanences of painter's tape, a smoke detector hanging by the wire in the hall, and one damaged tile behind the dining room table. I wouldn't even mention these things if it wasn't a luxury rental. Aside from that, the view was second to none. The place was clean for the most part and we would definitely stay again. Check in was hassle free. The place was stocked with towels and some of the extras that are normally forgotten on the first store run. Cleaners, detergents, coffee filters, toilet paper, etc. Oh and did I say anything about the view? AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!We spent a lot of time under the straw hut Gazebo with a cold beverage especially in the evenings. I definitely recommend.

Very Disappointed

My wife and I rented this property for two weeks in January and hosted our brothers and their spouses for about six nights. We’ve had great luck with VRBO over the years. This is the very first time we’ve been significantly disappointed. The property was damaged significantly due to recent hurricanes. The rental company did not disclose any of these damages to us despite the renter confirming with us that the property was 100% fully repaired. Three ocean facing windows were fully missing and were replaced with plyboard. …. Some other windows were covered by storm shutters that would not retract. All of the plantation shutters were damaged and needed to be fully replaced. Some shutters were missing leaving us baking in afternoon sun. Many of the bed linens were filthy. Lamps were broken. We had to replace all of the comforters due to cigarette burns in some and significant staining on others. The cookware was destroyed / teflon peeling off and rusty and in desperate need of replacement (the renter did purchase the cookware on day 4). The icemaker had not been serviced or cleaned in a long, long time. It was covered in mold. An entire wall of the kitchen did not have electricity which kept our Vent hood and over-stove lights nonfunctional for the entire stay. This major electrical shortcoming forced us to plug all appliances into other outlets throughout the kitchen, on the island. Showers did not drain ..We were duped!!

Unbeatable location

Our family all came together to stay at Seabreeze for Thanksgiving. The house has everything you need (kitchen, too)! It’s incredibly spacious and is in a perfect location to access Bonita Springs. We absolutely loved it and already rented it for next year. 😊

Tropical Storm Debbie Didn't Stop Us!

We arrived during the onset of Tropical Storm Debbie. When the winds and rain swept in we were a little concerned but Arlan assured us we would have a nice stay anyway. The water rose & so did the temps inside the house. The AC was damaged as well as one of the upstairs windows during the storm. Many people had minor storm damage but Arlan sent repair men right away. It did take almost 48 hours to get the AC fixed properly, so most of our family ended up sleeping on the screened-in porch for 2 nights because it was almost 90 degrees inside. Arlan offered to bring fans but we didn't see his message in time. The rest of the week went smoothly. The house is beautiful as well as the beach. Definitely will recommend the Seabreeze to anyone heading to Bonita Beach.

Family vacation

We had an amazing family vacation. The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 11 perfectly. We especially enjoyed the Tiki hut-a great place to relax away from the sun. It was great to have the beach and tiled area directly in the back of the house. The management team responded immediately when we had difficulty with the elevator. We will be back!!

Nice view

Property basically as advertised. Wonderful beach view and experience. Elevator a plus for luggage and groceries. Some maintenance items that should be addressed, most of which are minor.. I would, suggest that the two areas of ceiling mold in the 2nd floor half bath be addressed. I think the source of the problem is most likely the hall bath shower on the 3rd floor.

Family Celebration

Our family was in town for our father’s 80th Birthday. We were 2 families with adult children including spouses, 10 total. This house was perfect for us! Everyone had their own rooms. only 2 people had to share a huge bathroom. We had a private chef (Angelo Messano)come in to cook a fantastic meal for my dad’s birthday. The house easily accommodated 12 for dinner. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet, we called and they had someone there in an hour. I would definitely do back to the Seabreeze

Great location and view

The location and view can’t be beat. The house was perfect for our size of 6 adults and 3 kids. The exterior of the property could use some maintenance and the inside throw rugs could use a good wash or be replaced. The bath towels there were some great ones but plenty of bad ones that need to be tossed. Overall this is a great property and would not hesitate to rent it again just a few things make it better overall.

Perfect week

Our experience at the SeaBreeze was wonderful and much more than we ever expected. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week such as towels, chairs,and toys. There was so much for us to use it was nice being able to enjoy the beach without having to go buy everything. The house itself was beautiful with a amazing view. The convenience of walking out to the beach just by stepping out of the back door was everything. This was the best house we ever stayed in and we will most definitely be back .

First time in Bonita!

We had a group of 12 and this house accommodated us very well. The pictures portray it accurately and it’s location on the beach was perfect! We were beach bums all week and loved being able to walk out the back door right onto the beach. The house was stocked with a lot of beach towels and toys. There were two kayaks, a beach wagon, a beach tent for kids, floaties, etc.! Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses,bowls, pots and pans and even a blender. We had the best week and would definitely stay again.

Location is everything

Great house at a great location. This property is well equipped for those that are traveling light. Recent renovations have really improved the experience but lack of instructions on using the elevator, tv etc. were a bit frustrating. There were damaged doors and kitchen cabinets and the few items we called the management company about were addressed immediately. We did feel that the welcome email lacked detail and important information ( I.e. garbage and recycling days) yet we were referred back to that email when we asked the management company procedural questions. All in all it was a wonderful trip and those minor items didn’t deter from it.
