Communication at the beginning was hard, but once we found out that the VRBO listing was actually through a rental agency it became much easier. The kitchen lacked basic supplies and had a lot of odds and ends. The house was easy walking distance to the beach and local shopping and eating. Though the DIY artwork around the house was fun, it left little to no usable space on the coffee tables and end tables. Bathrooms could have used some hooks to hang towels and wet bathing suits. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and had a great time.

It was a beautiful home within short walking distance to the beach! The communication with the management co. was outstanding and they were very responsive. Our family had a great time!

Bachelorette Party paradise!

We stayed for a long weekend. Could walk everywhere, house was perfect for the event. We had lots of room and everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 11. There was plenty of space for everyone. House was clean. All bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The pool area is very nice and was used a lot. The location is perfect! Short walk to the beach and also walking distance to all the restaurants and Time Square area. Would highly recommend staying here and hoping we can return again!

Great place for a family vacation!

The house is exactly as listed - very clean, spacious, and modern. The location is really close to the beach and downtown area which was great. By far the best part of our stay was the pool and outdoor area! The owners were responsive to questions and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The house and location was amazing. Had a few heck ups on Saturday during check-in. However, everything was resolved by Monday. I plan a family vacation for our adult children and grandchildren and this place by far has been our favorite spot.

Great location

Our family of 6 stayed here this past week. The house is stunning and the location can’t be beat. We went for walks every day, including to dinner in the evenings. The beach is right across the street so you don’t have to deal with parking. The outdoor area is perfect for lounging by the pool, fishing, or just hanging out under the covered area and watching some TV. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely House, Great Location

Had my wife’s birthday weekend with our best friends here. The communication was great; if we ever had any questions regarding the house the host was quick to respond and pleasant. The house was spotless. With all the destruction after the hurricane, it was wonderful to see FMB come back with food trucks and things to do while we were there. Relaxing weekend, beautiful home, awesome amenities. Highly recommend!!

great place nothing really around due to hurricane damage

the place was beautiful, but the appliances didn't work very well and not much cutlery. The ice maker froze over and the oven would barely heat up. The area was still re-building so if you want a place where there is not much traffic and local places to eat or shop then this is your place. It was def miss leading as far as saying the area was open now and running. The beach was a quick 5 min walk and the customer service was very prompt when we called about the ice maker, air and gas needed for the grill.

The pool was un-swim able our entire stay. The filter was clogged with plastic toys and plants. While we cleaned the filter ourselves it didn’t fix the gross water. It took 4 days for the agency to send a repair guy, he said it would be swim able in 1 hour but it was gross for days.Photo is as clean as it got by the day we left.The internet in the home did not function the entire stay. No TV, no internet, no World Cup to watch because it was all via internet.It’s a beautiful home, but missing key elements really makes one bitter.

The internet outage was unfortunate it was caused by construction going on in the neighborhood, and sadly we had to wait for Cable company to repair, many people on Carolina were affected. We totally understand your frustration with the pool issues and we are working with the pool company to ensure this never happens again . Schönes Haus mit etwas Verbesserungspotential

Das Haus ist brandneu, es ist sauber und nett möbliert, jedoch war die Küchenausstattung der Küchenutensilien für die Küche und den Mietpreis wirklich schlecht. Töpfe und Pfannen waren im schlechten und alten Zustand, Messer waren stumpf und wenig. Vieles war garnicht vorhanden. Von so einer neuen Küche erwarte ich eine besser Ausstattung zum Kochen. Vor allem nicht ausrangierte Küchenutensilien Deshalb miete ich u.a. ein Ferienhaus. Der Fliesenboden ist extrem rutschig. Vorsicht bei Kinder und älteren Menschen. Der Pool ist trotz fehlender Heizung angenehm warm gewesen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist großartig.
