This phase 1, ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation dream-rental is as close to the ocean as you can get at Las Palomas. The condo has a super-sized 2500 sq ft walk-out patio that extends to the edge of the beach and is perfect for families or couples. This is the only two bedroom in the entire resort with both the extended patio and true beachfront location. Skip the elevators! Our private stairs lead to the place where the infinity pool, water slide, pool bar and beach all come together. It's just a few steps to the right to reach the pools, or a few steps to the left for the pool bar and beach. We invite you to pull up one of the high top chairs where our patio meets the beach and enjoy the advantage of having panoramic views including the sunrise, the sunset AND the Old Port. If you want to stretch out and extend your living space to include a much larger patio, and a superior location, then this premium condo is for you.

Pick up something to grill at the fish market or world-class Sonoran beef at one of the carnicerias. The resort's gas grills are located just steps outside the front door. You won't be waiting in long elevator lines if you decide to take in some sights around town, as the parking garage is just one flight below our ground floor condo. Our location is unmatched!

In addition to the expansive views through the triple-wide sliding glass doors in the main room, Diamante 107 has a 55" Sony Smart Ultra HD LCD TV, and 600-watt surround-sound stereo in the living area with a blue tooth sound bar. Both bedrooms have ocean views outside of their sliding doors and their own 43" LCD TVs. WiFi is included with a wireless router programmed for our guest's exclusive use.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything that you will need for cooking and entertaining, including extras such as a variety of spices, cooking spray, and of course a professional high powered blender. There are also plenty of boogie boards, floats and children's beach toys located in the entry closet along with the beach chairs.

With the best window treatments in Peñasco, your bedrooms provide blackout and high quality Tuft & Needle mattresses for an unforgettable night's sleep. There is a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest room. You will find a variety of sleeping pillows to meet your individual preferences in each of the bedrooms, and there is a full sized (double) memory foam sofabed. Both bathrooms have travertine tile and walk-in showers. The master has double sinks for your convenience and includes a huge soaker tub.
