This Unit is a second story unit. It is clean fresh and well thought out. 1 mile from Smith Park & boat launch (very nice waterfront picnic area), 3.5 miles from downtown Bay City with family owned restaurants, shops, bars, The City Market and concerts in the park. 13 minutes from Bay City State Park & Beach, 1 1/2 miles from the Saginaw Bay Yacht Club, Consumers Energy Karn plant & Coast Guard Station.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment has everything we needed, was well organized and very clean. The check in was very easy and our host Cindy was extremely nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay again when travelling to the area.

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was VERY soft (we are used to a firm mattress) so be prepared for that. Kitchen was spacious and living room was cozy. Location was close to boat ramps, parks and bigger Bay City area so nothing was too far, while feeling like you were in a very quiet part of the town. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She had several recommendations for us that were perfect.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for my family of threeā€”clean, comfortable, and just the right size. The location was super convenient, especially with family nearby in Bay City. Perfect for what we were up for. Nice folks. Quiet area. Close to Bay City and easy striking distance of Saginaw and Midland. Good large bathroom. Comfy bed. Large living/dining room. I would say the only downside is itā€™s upstairs, so if you have a hard time climbing, it may be an issue, but if itā€™s not, no problem! Badabing!! Thanks Cindy!

Quiet comfortable great value

Property is very neat and clean. Owner pre-checked le in early and everything works and was very clean. Owners are friendly and very responsive to any requests and communicated within hours both times I extended my stay. The location is close to downtown but just outside in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this accomodation!

Welcome Transition

I was relocating and initially committed to staying a couple weeks. The value of the property was great and we extended for several weeks until we located permanent housing. The location was well cared for located conveniently and provided a terrific transition!

Clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We were in town due to a death in the family and Cindy was so helpful. She had the living room sofa made up as a bed for our son before we arrived and was available for any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. So glad we chose to stay with her!

Two Week getaway

The property is in a nice quiet area just outside of the downtown area. Cindy provides everything you could need during your stay and doesn't leave a large check out list like some properties. She gave us some great ideas before the trip and she also provides local brochures as well as non-fiction books about the area. She is very kind and will give you as much or as little interaction as you prefer. I chose to text my questions but you can call her directly as well. The neighborhood is safe and on site parking is free. Thanks for a great visit to Bay City Cindy!

Great Location

My wife and I had not been to the east coast of Michigan and decided to take a vacation to this area. Bay City was near the middle of the area we wanted to explore. This property was only about 10 minutes outside of Bay city and exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Cindy greeted us upon arrival. She was very friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. During our first full day here we ventured to Midland, Au Gres, and Tawas. Tawas being the furthest point away, it was only a couple hour drive from this property. The following day we went to the thumb area and visited Caseville and Port Austin. These were only around an hour away. This property is in an ideal location for making day trips to other nearby areas.

Great space, host and location

To begin with communicating with Cindy prior to our stay was excellent. She was quick to reply to my questions and very amenable to my request for assistance. Cindy contacted me when we hadn't checked in by early evening on the first night of our stay to make sure we were ok and everything was going alright for us, which was a nice gesture. There was a nice welcome note for us, including a "don't hesitate to contact me" if we were unsure about anything, which is always nice to see. The apartment within Cindy's house was clean, spacious and as described in the listing. We met Cindy during our stay and she was very friendly and again helpful when we asked for recommendations on local restaurants. I am a light sleeper, but the the house is in a quiet location in Essexville, just outside Bay City, and in conjunction with a great bed, I slept very well. So, overall, a great stay; thank you Cindy.

The perfect place for the beach or downtown.

We loved our stay at in this place. The owners live on the property and were the nicest hosts. We used the apartment for our base camp while we hung out with family at the state park and beach. It's located about 15 minutes from the beach (and downtown) and allowed us to meet up with the families that love camping, without us having to camp. Lol The place was perfect for my wife and I. Fully stocked with anything you could need, very up-to-date, clean and very cute. It was 91 degrees when we were in Bay City and I was worried about how comfortable this place would be because it just has a window unit A/C and I like our house cool. First, the owner messaged us to find out what time we would arrive and had the A/C on and the place cool when we arrived. Second, we slept in the living room with the a/c and ceiling fan on and bedroom door shut. It was soooooo comfortable!! Note: the A/C cooled the entire apartment just fine so sleeping in the living room isn't necessary at all. The place offers so much more than we used it for, what a great place. Thank you Cindy for having such a great place and for being so nice to work with.
