WiFi Modem was bad--We had to use our personal WiFi Hotspot--laundry was left in dryer from cleaners. Couch was wore out. Didn't use the pool facilities. Owner was extremely rude when questioned on any item. Best advice--find somewhere else to stay. BTW I have photos, if needed.

very nice stay

we had a very comfortable stay. My husband and i are elderly and with no stairs we were able to enjoy our time very much. Also this is the first time we had a lovely time at a heated pool in february.

We enjoyed our week long stay. It was a good base for exploring the natural beauty of northern Arizona and southern Utah. The unit was well stocked with pots & pans, dishes, utensils , etc. King bed was comfortable and walk-in shower was a plus ! The property was quiet and pleasant.

Had a great time., but the pool was COLD !!! No way it should be like that. The pool area was not kept very celan... any day the wind blew, the dust and debris stayed put !! The cleaning person that lived nextt door was helpful, but did not make any effort to check on us... had to ask for any. Rather surprised that we had to launder our sheets... but no soap was provided !! We just bought our own and id towels also.... Three weeks... .I think there should have been a mid-term cleaning, too.... we just vacuumed and did stuff ourselves. Maybe that is normal???

The property was easy to find and was ready for us on our arrival. It was quiet and the condo was equipped with all needs. The property owner was very nice and helpful on our check in. When we checked everything went smoothly. I would rent this property again.

Perfect for Golfers

Stayed her for the Casablanca IIMan. Condo was as advertised. Clean, had everything we needed and location was right by the golf courses. Thanks Tim, we'll be back.

Will Not Return

Intern host was very intrusive. He doesnā€™t believe in modern technology, so his only form of communication is a phone call; no text, no email, no voicemail. It took 17 phone calls to book the place (because he wanted us to change our reservations) get directions there, get the code to the door, dispute the Wi-Fi, check out etc. They didnā€™t set their booking up correctly and wanted us to cancel our non-refundable trip because they needed hit their 3 day minimum (we booked for 2 nights through the website). Donā€™t plan on Wi-Fi, they donā€™t offer it, unless you want to pay extra, which we didnā€™t find out until we were there and needed Wi-Fi for our work. However, they tried to accommodate the Wi-Fi, but we were given the wrong code and therefore, refused to pay; which at this point he became combative. Many light bulbs were out and the host pushed garbage detail onto us so he wouldnā€™t hear from the HOA. Hardly relaxing!

Very comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay here, the condo was a welcoming place to come home to after a day of vacation activities. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and a nice television and living space for relaxing in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and well located.

My wife and I had a tremendous experience not only at the Wonderful condo, but also in Mesquite. We really could not fault the condo in any way. The owner let us know that if any problems arose, he would always be at the other end of the phone.........we had no problems ! We had everything that we could possibly want regarding bed linen/ towels/kitchen utensils etc ! On a scale of one to ten, I give it ten !

Quiet ad comfortable

My husband and I stayed in this place for four days. It is close to everything but quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bathrooms have plenty of towels. The shower has just the right pressure. Beds are comfortable. Selection of cable shows kept us entertained. The park and trails close by are handy if you have kids or just want to take a stroll. Only thing I did not like is having to pay for the internet.

The unit was clean and well supplied with very adequate supplies. The location was easy to find and identify with the instructions available promptly on arrival. The comforts included multiple Television sets, well stocked kitchen dishes and utensils, plenty of towels and blankets.

Exactly as presented. Enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect for my son & I as we attended a golf tournament in Mesquite. We will likely return and may well rent this unit again next year. The only drawback,is the lack of free (included) Wi-Fi. That's the reason for the four vs five rating. My wife and I just returned from a trip to Italy, where each of the three VRBO/HA properties included Wi-Fi at no extra charge. Perhaps this is common in the USA or in Mesquite, I don't know. But it would have been nice to have. Otherwise, the property included everything, and more, than described in the listing.

Condo was not clean - spent first couple weeks cleaning!

Had to clean the bathroom when we arrived so we could use it. Spent the next day cleaning the kitchen - something red had been spilled in refrigerator so all the shelves & drawers had to be taken out to get it clean. Called the owner that night - he was rude and seemed only concerned that we would write a bad review & stated "if you write a bad review on me, I'll write a bad review on you". Since we had paid in full several months before arriving (lesson learned - we will never do that again), we decided to make the best of a bad situation & spent the next couple weeks cleaning areas we would use. (I checked VRBO policy about complaints at that time & they only forward complaint to the owner, they do not mediate.)

Very clean and supplied home. Cooper was quick to assist and made sure we had everything we needed. Close to everything in town. Nice to have a attached garage and on the first floor. Would stay again the next time we are in the area.
