Welcome to Creston by the Sea, 11D! Oceanfront, premier 2BR/2BA Town Home Condo presents fabulous views of Crescent Beach from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom balconies. The open concept condo has been recently renovated including a wonderfully updated kitchen and top to bottom updates on both bathrooms! The décor is fun, beachy and welcoming. We are steps away from the beach and the pool. St Augustine offers a unique history, fabulous dining, shopping, and many outdoor activities.

I am available to guests through a phone call, text or email and we also have on-site management available as well.

Located on one of the most beautiful, walkable beaches in Florida. Short drive away from Historic landmarks of St. Augustine, oldest city in America, great restaurants nearby.

The townhome style condo is on the second and third floors of a three story building. It was built in the 1970's and has no elevator access. The stairs to the second floor front door are outside and on the side of the building. The main living, kitchen and one bath are on the floor that you come in on. The 2 bedrooms and one bathroom are on the 3rd floor up a staircase. There is an addional sink in the master bedroom and a washer/dryer on this floor.

Please note that no pets are allowed at the condo. The traveller booking the reservation and staying at the condo must be a minimum of 25 years old, per condo regulations. Also, there is one parking spot available per condo. There is a guest pass for additional parking on a first come first serve basis and at busy times are not readily available.

Perfect place to relax

This condo has the most perfect views and is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the beach, pool, all the historical places to visit and great restaurants to try. We will definitely return!!

See the ocean sunrise from your bed

Clean and inviting condo with seaside decor. Amazing views and a balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Took daily trips to St. Augustine to do the tourist thing. Our stay was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was neat, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Sleeping to the sound of waves and waking to a view of the sunrise was the highlight! The check in process was super simple. The complex was peaceful and easy to access. Would highly recommend

Relax and unwind

We visit St. Augustine every year and always look forward to our stay at Creston House Condos. This year was no exception! Our Condo was exceptional! From the view to the amenities to the comfort of the living space, 11D gave us exactly what we were yearning for all year...PEACE!
We owned the beach for the week!

Great Beach Location

We stayed 3 nights just before Christmas. Very quiet and cozy. Very clean and well appointed. This is in an older complex, but the condo had been renovated as the pictures show. Bathrooms are small, one downstairs and one upstairs but they worked out just fine with us. The beds were also very comfortable. Close proximity to St. Augustine beach so you can pick up groceries and go out to eat.

Relaxing Retreat

I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the time so much. The condo is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. There was nothing I needed that wasn't there. The view is amazing and the balconies provide the perfect spot to capture the sunrise. We were steps from the beach and took long walks each day. Kim was very good communicating with me so there were no surprises. I hope to come back again.

We had the most wonderful time staying at 11-D in Creston House. This gorgeous condo is right on the pristine, white beach of the Atlantic Ocean! We loved seeing and hearing the ocean from the living room and master bedroom balconies. The nearby wooden walkway to the beach was over lovely sand dunes. The house was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a short ride to St. Augustine Beach restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. We will definitely return! more

Beautiful view, condo accommodations were adequate fir 2. Guest bedroom closet locked with owner’s belongings left room crowded because of rolling close rack, Kim might consider a storage unit. The biggest problem was extremely small bathrooms

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This condo is perfect for a beach getaway with beautiful ocean views from both the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is updated and well stocked, and the condo comes with beach towels and chairs. The condo was clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend as well as would stay again!

Great condo on the beach

Nice clean updated property. Beautiful location facing the ocean. Only thing we wish had been different, is that while there are two full baths, one is upstairs shared by the two bedrooms and the other is downstairs. We would have preferred an en-suite with the master and a separate bath for others. That being said, still a great place.

Great spot for a beach vacation

The area, Crescent Beach/Butler Beach is a great little-known area that has great beaches and is just off the beaten trail enough to not be crowded, yet close enough to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. The condo is very nice and had everything we needed for our trip, including beach towels and chairs. Overall we had a great stay and would consider it again if we ever revisited the area.

Butler beach

We enjoyed our stay in Butler beach. The condo was as listed. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies. It is a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine.

We live in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area and travel to St. Augustine many times a year to visit Family. This area has a special place in our hearts. John graduated from High School in St. Augustine and we both attended University of Florida. Go Gators!

We have been coming to the Crescent Beach and the St. Augustine area for over 40 years with our family. Our extended family has owned a condo in the Creston House complex for many years. In the spring of 2018 we were blessed with the opportunity to purchase this very special oceanfront unit. We have just finished renovations with a brand new kitchen! We hope you enjoy this experience as much as we do!
