Relaxing Stay

Spacious condo with great amenities and a view of the ocean as you stand in the kitchen. Comfortable king bed. View from the balcony was awesome and the beaches are wide and flat! Great for those walks on the beach. Nice pool area with plenty of seating and umbrellas if you want to stay out of the sun. Ease of parking for coming and going.

Autumn Beach Weeks

Our stay here was wonderful. More than enough room for two friends. Very clean and view was amazing, with added wildlife including pelicans, dolphins and even a large tortoise came to visit. Back deck was right outside the door, and offered nightly views of the sunset. Location is ideal for trips to St. Augustine, Flagler beaches. We even took a day trip to watch the space launch from Titusville. Would highly recommend Ned's Southside Kitchen on US highway 1. Generous portions of home cooked meals, and wouldn't skip dessert.

This is the perfect location! Quiet with the pool and great beach steps away. The condo setup is outstanding. Comfortable and well appointed to say the least. The host was very helpful for a few minor things and the grounds are well maintained. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND

Such a fun easy vacation. We didn't worry about a thing. Smooth getting into our condo, it had everything we needed. Kitchen was super nice and big. Location was amazing, great views short walk to the beach. I will definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed having the beach so close to the property. We had a maintenance issue that the host addressed quickly and they communicated well with us. We were a little disappointed that the main bedroom was hot and had a humidifier running in it that we had to empty and run the whole time or the room would get extremely humid.

Winter Getaway

This was our 2nd winter rental here; great location and can’t beat the view! The beach is wonderful and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Condo is equipped very well and there are lots of homey touches. Hope to be back again next year!

Great Condo

Great location at the beach and close to restaurants and local shopping. Had everything we needed for our family. The pool and location of the pool was amazing! Clean, quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Great spot

Nice place

This condo was exactly as described. And while it may be an older complex, everything was great! Clean, quiet, nice pool area, and literally steps to the beach.
