Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has every amenity you could imagine except no Keurig. (It has a Nespresso though). Very comfortable and cozy. House is located so close to everything. You could easily walk to many venues. Host was very responsive and helpful when a TV in the bedroom was not working. Host bought a new one immediately and solved the issue. Every question we had, the host quickly responded in a very upbeat and pleasant manner. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Our stay was a memorable and pleasant experience.

Extraordinary!

Three women friends and I recently stayed for four nights at the glorious Downtown Casa Kincannon. In short, this VRBO is exquisite! We arrived in the early evening and, the moment we walked in the door, we were captivated and embraced by the uniquely splendid artistry evident in every room. The lighting had been set to welcome us with a soft and soothing glow. We were awestruck. Although sophisticated and aesthetically inspiring, the dĆ©cor is also completely comfortable and livable. All of our needs (and more) were beautifully anticipated and met. We each had our own distinctive bedroom which harmonized with our individual preferences. As for the location, not only is Casa Kincannon nestled in an ideal neighborhood with its lovely gardens and distinguished architecture, but also the house is within easy walking distance of restaurants, retail, cultural sites, and the festive Saturday farmerā€™s market. Debbie, the host, could not have been more responsive and gracious, offering to provide whatever guidance might be helpful to enhance our experience of the house and community. Thank you, Debbie, for treating your guests as you would wish to be treated and for exceeding our expectations. If returning to Bentonville, we would most certainly opt for Casa Kincannon again.

UARK Family Graduation weekend

The number of thoughtful amenities the host includes in this home is truly amazing. From a variety of kitchen appliances to multiple coffee makers, shopping bags, to-go cups, umbrellas, we were in awe over the items provided for guest use. If you forgot to pack something, you'll probably find it in one of the cabinets or drawers. Plenty of utensils and cookware for preparing meals plus enough seating to accomodate a large group. This home offers ample space for everyone to spread out. The location is an easy walk to downtown where we enjoyed Saturday's farmer's market, breakfast pastries, dinner, and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet - we even heard an owl in the evenings. It appears this area is booming with new development and if you admire diversity in home deisgn and architecture, walk the blocks surrounding this home. You're in for a treat.

Perfect location and amenities

Everything was exactly as described, and the house was wonderful. Host was super responsive and incredibly nice She even helped us with tickets to the museum! Every detail was taken care of, including a spare toothbrush since my 12 year-old son forgot his. Really 100% attention to detail.Thank you!

Outstanding Property

This is a terrific property in a great location. Beds, bedding, furnishings, bathrooms, appliances and kitchen were all top notch. Our host was also excellent with check-in and ongoing communication when we needed it.It rained buckets during our entire stay, so we weren't able to take advantage of the very nice outside areas. We would definitely like to return and further explore Bentonville when the weather is nicer. In spite of the rain we had a nice stay

Beautiful Home

This home met and exceeded all expectations! The host thought of every detail. It was truly a well appointed home not just a house to stay in. We were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Restaurant recs were detailed-both close by and as far away as Eureka Springs. I would have given many more than 5 s if that had been an option!!!

We have been staying in vacation rentals for over 25 years, and have finally found a location where we wanted to purchase our own. Having stayed in so many, we knew the things that we would like to have when we rent, and tried to make this a true home away from home. We enjoyed hosting guests so much that we bought two additional homes to open to guests. We currently reside in Little Rock, AR, and travel every chance we get.

This property is perfect for one person, or up to 8. Having 2 of the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor makes it easy to live like a one level. The 3 outdoor seating areas are wonderful to enjoy the outdoors, 2 being covered. The open floor plan makes it great to visit with everyone while cooking up your favorite meal. The huge 75" television can easily be watched from the kitchen. The addition of a private study with a desk is great for work or enjoying privacy for a phone call or a good book. Additional work space/desk on the upper level.
