We really enjoyed our stay. Lost of space, cool vibe, within 3-15 min of food, coffee, downtown walking.

great place and great location

Had a wonderful experience. Location is excellent. A short walk away from many restaurants and shops. Slaughter Pen is several blocks - any easy ride. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and fresh.

Beautiful home.

This was a beautiful and unique place that I would Absolutely rent again. The location was perfect and they had beers, wine and snacks for Us when we got checked in which was a really sweet touch. Love the location which was walking distance to the downtown Bentonville square. Rent this place - you won’t be disappointed!

Bike race

It was perfect. This place is wonderful. The location was great and it is really well put together for people coming to town for riding bikes!

Birthday Weekend

We booked this property because of its location to downtown. Everything about this property was perfect. It was a surprise for my artsy husband, he loved the PacMan theme. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! The initial key code we were given for accessing the property was incorrect but we were able to get a code that worked and access the property very quickly.

Great location & fully stocked

We very much enjoyed our stay at this fun property! The downstairs garage area was great, especially if you're riding bikes into town or mountain biking. It is a great location and was very well stocked with all of the things you could need like coffee, soap, etc., etc. A few snacks and a bottle of wine was awaiting us when we arrived. There was a very minor issue during our stay, which was very quickly resolved. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great for mountain bikers

About a 10min walk from downtown in a quiet area. Great biking amenities like wash station, bike rack and maintenance station. There are some really cool places just a few blocks away; The Witching Hour (1/2 block) is a must, Heroes Coffee, The Hub, Rope Hounds to name a few. Major trail system seems to be just on the other side of down town maybe a 5-10 minute ride to the Slaughter Pen. Will definitely be back!

Great house in a great location

This property is an easy half-mile walk to the square and by foot only 1 1/2 miles from Chrystal Bridges. The location is excellent. The house is well-designed and very modern. The art is selected and displayed in a way that will make you think that you're staying at Chrystal Bridges! The first-floor garage has been turned into a game room / 3rd bedroom and is very cool. The other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor with more living space and kitchen on the 2nd floor. The hosts were terrific and took great care of us! Thanks for a great stay!

Clean and stylish

We only live a couple hours away and usually make our way to Bentonville once or twice a year. We really enjoyed the location of this house. It was an easy walk or ride to the square. It was clean. The has a basket of snacks and some wine/beer/water available. They had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are a firm memory foam. The sheets and bedding was soft and comfortable. The front bedroom stays relatively bright at night so if that bothers you I would suggest bringing an eye mask for sleeping. My kids really enjoyed the first level with the Pac-Man floor and the Murphy bed. The weather was perfect to have the garage door open and enjoy the indoor/outdoor space. The hosts were very quick to respond to any messages I sent them. We would definitely rent this home again in the future!

The vacation rental was a great space for our family. Our one and only complaint was the lack of curtain/shades for privacy and light on some areas.Light:#1 Bedrooms: problem was black out shades or at least curtains you could pull to block out morning light and even at night there was a very bright street light that lit up the white walls at night. It was difficult to sleep and even waking up thinking it was morning several times because it was so light. Bedrooms definitely need black out or darker curtains. Privacy: #2... Several areas without any window coverings but the biggest privacy issue was in basement/garage apartment. Glass door to that sleeping area where if anyone else wanted to go outside you could see in that bedroom area. If someone was dressing there was no privacy. Same issue with a pull down covering for glass front door. People could see through the front door all the way through the glass bedroom door. Again, if someone was dressing there was no privacy. Or if someone that was staying in the garage bedroom needed to go to the restroom in the middle of the night they have to go by the glass front door. So, no privacy.So, making sure there are pull down shades for all glass doors if you can see into private areas. And light blocking shades/curtains for all sleeping areas.Other than that it was a beautiful, comfortable place for our family.

Sorry about the light and privacy issues, especially with the garage bedroom's glass doors; we'll look into adding blackout curtains and pull-down shades throughout. So glad it was still a beautiful, comfortable stay for the family overall!

Great Stay

Perfect location for our group. The house was very well equipped, the layout was super comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The hosts were very communicative and positive. And the mattresses were AMAZING. All in all, could not have asked for better.
