Holland House Ark Adventure

Enjoy this quiet home and be just minutes from The Ark Encounter. Nestled in a wooded area with a creek flowing nearby. Enjoy nature at its finest. This home offer cozy outdoor relaxation for a weekend getaway. Enjoy this property and all that it has to offer in the area. We are a short drive to Lexington, Cincinnati and Louisville. We are also located less than 45 minutes from The Creation Museum.

As you walk into the property, you will enter through the main living space. To the left is the dining table and straight ahead is the living room with plenty of seating and a Smart TV. as you continue out of the main living space, there is a full-sized kitchen to the left of this space.

The full-sized kitchen has many appliances and cookware for guests to use throughout their stay. This kitchen also has a starter supply of k-cups, sweeteners, creamer, and dishwasher pods. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room, which is also equipped with laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets. The kitchen also has a door that leads to the back of the patio, and out to the grill area.

Leaving the kitchen, you can go down the hallway to the left and see the bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 and the bathroom are located on the left side of the hallway. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the right side of the hallway. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, accommodating 1-2 guests each. Bedrooms 1,2, and 3 all share the full-sized bathroom.

The bathroom is equipped with a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Extra towels and washcloths are located under the nightstands in bedrooms 1 & 2, and on top of the nightstand in bedroom 3.
