Johnson’s Tipsy Tarpon house is located on a Palm Island (AKA Don Pedro Island). This home is a top notch Key West Style Stilt Home. Palm Island is one of the last existing paradises. It is a bridgeless Island conveniently accessible by a short 3 minute car ferry ride. So pack up and come visit us!
This house is the perfect vacation destination for you, your family & friends! We cater to the winter visitors that want to stay 2 weeks or more during December to March.

Spacious 4 bedroom/3bath home with a private resort style pool. Sleeps 8. The downstairs porch includes a dining area for 8, a couch seating area, and bar overlooking the resort style pool. There is a relaxing hanging queen size bed in a screen room for leisurely afternoon naps! The house has a beautiful view overlooking the lagoon and is just a short golf cart ride to the beach! The house is unique because two of the rooms with queen beds and are separated from the main house and are completely private with their own balcony and bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom is the “bunk room” with two queen beds and two twin top bunks. The large open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with two seating areas and a 65” smart TV. The inside dining table seats 6 and the screen porch dining table seats 10!

The location of this home is one of the best on the Island just off the Inter coastal and Lemon bay, where the constant tidal flow makes for year-round crystal clear water teeming with Snook, Trout, Redfish, Snapper & Grouper. Best fishing on the island right off your dock! The dock is available for you to tie up your boat for your visit. For enjoyment of the entire family you can rent kayaks, canoes, motor boats and paddle boards on the island.

Amenities in the house also include: an outdoor fire pit, a gas BBQ grill, private resort style pool (heating available for $150 per week additional) and 2 areas for al fresco dining. It is truly a spectacular property.

We love spending time with our children and grandchildren sitting on the dock and watching fish jump, birds feeding in the shallows and catch sight of dolphins and manatees swimming by. Beautiful place to enjoy the simple life!

CANCELLATION POLICY: We are located on a private island so it does require some additional planning prior to booking. As such, our cancellation policy is very strict. We offer a 50% refund up until 90 days prior to arrival. After 90 days, no refund will be issued.

Whole House: High Speed Internet with WiFi, 2 large Flat screen TVs, linen and sheets, towels for house and beach, Gas BBQ, beach chairs and umbrellas, ice maker, heated pool for $150 per week. Ferry passes are available for purchase.
