This town home has all stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen counters. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you should ever need. Free WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
All linens are provided, including your beach towels and comfortable beach chairs. The master bedroom is large with an amazing Gulf of Mexico viewing deck. This home is truly a place to remember, generation after generation. Come make family memories and traditions and learn what island life really is!

Great stay.

We have made many trips to Florida over the years. This was easily our favorite place to stay so far. We got home three days ago and are already looking forward to our next stay at Savanah House.

Nice winter getaway

We found Savannah House "C" to be as represented. It was nicely appointed and everything that we needed was there. The sunsets were amazing. We had an amazing week.

AMAZING SEASHELL HEAVEN

The Savannah House was amazing! The house itself was super clean and well supplied. The owner and property manager went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The house is so close to the ocean and seashells we're everywhere! It was a super relaxing, wonderful visit

Absolute Paradise!

This home is right on a beautiful beach! White sand, blue waters. The home was very clean & had many amenities such as a beach towels, beach umbrellas and floats. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful! The island is very quiet and relaxing!

Wonderful!

Beautiful unit right on the beach. Spacious and nicely decorated in beach theme. Amazing screened in porch downstairs and balcony upstairs, both with beach views. WiFi was good. Very responsive owner.

A Perfect Place

Incredible property - we were so close to the water! Clean home with all amenities we could possibly need. Collected shark teeth on the beach every day. We had the beach to ourselves for the entire stay. Had an absolutely lovely week and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for sharing you home with us!

Great beach vacation

Our stay at Savannah 'C' was great - the unit is steps away from the beach, which was not crowded at all. We really just enjoyed the beautiful water, walking the beach and searching for shells. We also enjoyed spending our evenings on the back screened-in patio, playing cards and watching the sunset. The owners were very responsive and its obvious they take great pride in their units. It was a great family vacation and we look forward to returning in the future.

We enjoyed our stay on this perfect island and this wonderful property. It’s clean as a pin and was spacious enough for my family. The owners are amazing… friendly, great communication and thorough. I would not hesitate to stay again and hope to return next year. 100% perfect!

Best Girls Trip Ever

Me, my mom, aunt and daughter stayed at Savannah House C for 4 nights. The place is wonderful with everything you need and it is just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed looking for shells and shark teeth, watching the dolphins and pelicans, and the beautiful sunsets. We so enjoyed the screened in porch and the balcony where we would look at all of the bright stars on the clear nights. We didn’t want to leave this little piece of heaven. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Each spring I also take my friends for a "girls trip" and they are the best times!! So much fun to just kick back and relax without the husbands around. We will be happy to have your group back to Savannah House.

Amazing stay and amazing hosts

Our spring break trip to Palm Island was exactly what we were hoping for - a relaxed vacation with no pressure to have plans, agendas or things to get done. Palm Island is quiet and gave us the chance to simply hang out. The ferry was a fun addition for the kids and we were close enough to Fort Myers to see the Twins play, as well. Our hosts were amazing and accommodating, especially when we had a last minute change to our schedule due to a snowstorm and needed an extra night added. The house comes with all the amenities you need - simply stock up at Walmart or the grocery store on food, soaps and toiletries and you're set!

Lovely week at Savannah C

We loved Savannah C. The property is right on the beach. Beautiful views from upstairs master bedroom and balcony and from the entire downstairs. Very comfortable couches. Everything we needed to cook and grill were provided. Comfortable mattresses with plenty of extra blankets and pillows provided. The screened porch with table and chairs was perfect for a sunset dinner. Just lovely. We hope to return soon. Definitely recommend.

Best view and beach access

The apartment was excellent and very accommodating. Loads of space. Barbara the property manager was always quickly available and I got a personal call from Jeannie the owner. All is exceptional and it is very nice to have the beach right there - you walk right out and you are in the water. The hurricane did not damage the building but there was lots of sand build up under the building. Didn't cause any problems. We will definitely stay again.

A little slice of paradise!

This property was a perfect getaway just steps from the water's edge. The townhouse is clean, comfortable, and fully set up to make your vacation perfect. The owners were very kind and friendly, the whole booking and check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy. Palm Island was lovely with birds and dolphins swimming along the shoreline. Coffee each morning on the master-suite balcony watching the waves and birds was the perfect start to every morning. Gorgeous sunsets every evening and perfect weather made our stay an extra treat. The water was refreshing and clear too. We had a great time and were very comfortable with our family of 5. Can't wait to go back for another visit soon!

Everything we needed and more!!!

Amazing!!! The Savannah house was the perfect getaway that our family needed. The house was clean, had everything we needed and is so close to the ocean, the kids absolutely loved it! I loved being able to forget about the world for a week and watch all the wildlife the island has to offer. We seen dolphins 10 minutes after we arrived, as if they were welcoming us❤️ We were so incredibly lucky to witness a sea turtle come right up in front of the house, 2 nights in a row!! Jeanie and John are so kind to share this little piece of heaven, we will definitely be back in the future! Thanks for the amazing memories we’ll never forget!

Palm Island getaway

Savannah House was a perfect getaway for the two of us. The communication with the owners and property manager prior to our stay was helpful and always prompt. The location (so close to the beach) was perfect for our tastes--the outdoor areas (covered eating area, bedroom balcony) gave us plenty of options to maximize the outdoors. The beach area was quiet and peaceful which was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. There was not a lot going on and not much "to do" on the island itself so unless you took the ferry to the mainland daily you have to create your own activity. This was perfect for us! The accommodations are fully stocked, clean, and in good working order so no issues there. We would highly recommend and hope to come back sometime.

Peaceful island getaway at Savannah “C”

This by far is the BEST beach vacation getaway. The beach is so peaceful. Location and vacation home is perfect. Enjoyed the daily walks on the beach enjoying the sunrises and the stunning sunsets. The water is so clear and had a blast looking for sand dollars just a little bit further north on the beach. The ferry is very easy and nothing to stress over. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to cook or grill. We ate one night on the mainland at The Lighthouse Grill by the marina with outside seating by the water. They have live music scheduled and the drinks & food are great. Jeanie is a thoughtful host and truly treats you as a guest to her home. Book this stay so you can meet the island gopher tortoise friends that cross the property daily and view the dolphins swimming along the shoreline. You will not regret this vacation. You will want to come back!

A slice of heaven

This home and location are amazing! My husband and I wanted a peaceful getaway and this was the perfect place. Long walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets every night, sleeping to the sound of the waves crashing on the sand all equaled relaxation. Coffee every morning on the screened in patio listening to the waves, watching birds and the occasional dolphin swim by 🐬. No traffic noises since there are mainly golf carts used to get around on the island. The house was very clean and comfortable. There is only one restaurant on the island called Rum Bay. We had dinner there twice during our stay. My husband said the Mahi tacos were amazing! The calamari and ribs are good too. If you visit go have a drink at the bar and chat with CJ the bartender. Super nice guy. I’m so thankful we found this place and that John and Jeanie share their slice of heaven. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Water's-edge Escape!

John and Jeanie's Savannah C townhouse was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable, cute, and so close to the water!! (Much closer than any other house on the beach.) It had everything we needed for our spring break week away. Spent our time fishing, taking long walks and shelling on the beach, exploring Don Pedro State Park, reading on the porch, biking, and watching March Madness. (Total relaxation--and a little sunburn.) Manager Barbara was quick to respond to any questions. We rented our golf cart from her and she threw in two complimentary bikes. (Thanks Barbara!!) If you're staying at Savannah C, don't miss dinner or drinks at Rum Bay Restaurant at the adjacent Palm Island Resort. We also loved their sister restaurant, Leverocks, on the mainland. John and Jeanie, we hope to come back again!! Simply put, a GOOD time was had by ALL!!

John and Jeanie live in Houston, Texas and John retired from the oil industry in 2016. We bought Savannah "C" in 2016 and just couldn't get enough of the island life, We bought Savannah "B" when it came up for sale in 2018.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We were looking for a beach getaway and it took a year before we found the perfect place. The search began at the Mississippi river heading east all the time. We didn't want crowded beaches with high-rise apartment buildings all around - we wanted something that was really special. We found it on Don Pedro Island/Palm Island. Get on the car ferry and take the 5 minute crossing of the Intercoastal Waterway and you will know your life has changed. Relax and enjoy the island life. Everyone that comes here just keeps coming back to our unspoiled, uncrowded beaches.

Our house is literally "right on the beach" - closer to the water than any other house on Don Pedro. The island has an abundance of wildlife and natural beauty. There are a number of indigenous gopher tortoises, otters, bobcats, bald eagles and rabbits. There is also quite a variety of birds including osprey, pelicans, great blue herons, frigate birds, sea gulls and owls. The beaches are well known for their abundance of sharks' teeth and shells. Also, watch for the India manatees, dolphins, giant manta rays, and blue crabs that swim right off the coast. Don Pedro Island State Park is located on the south end of the island and is accessible by walking the beach. It's the perfect place for a family vacation and I hope you will consider Savannah "C" for your vacation. Our goal is guest satisfaction and comfort.
