Lakeside Chelanigans

This new 2-story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is within walking distance of Lake Chelan, a 70-slip marina (boat & jet ski rentals available seasonally), and beach cove with protected swimming area and swim dock. There is waterfront service available to and from the lake if all your shenanigans have made you too tired to get to and from. Lookout Park, which features a community pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, grill, a children's playground, large open play field, and a pickle ball court, is less than a one minute walk from our back deck.

This is a reverse living home, where the main living space, including one of two master bedrooms, is upstairs, while the extra bedrooms are on the ground level. This allows for great views and nice breezes on the level that most of your time is spent.

The upper-level open floor plan features a great room with a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful quartz counter tops, large island with extra seating for four, a large 8-12 seat dining table, a 2-piece powder room and large living room. The living room boasts an oversize sectional, an ottoman with memory foam pull out twin bed, and a 50" Smart TV, wireless sound bar and Blu-Ray/DVD player.  The great room has two decks to choose from. A small deck off the dining room, perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine to wind down in the evening. The larger deck off the living room is partially covered for when you need a break from the 300 days of sunshine. The large deck features a dining table that seats 8, large sectional sofa seating for relaxing, a Weber grill and a Fire table. The upper floor master bedroom includes a king bed, a 32" Roku Smart LED TV, and extra storage for personal items. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, large soaker tub, large walk-in closet, and a double vanity.

The bottom floor has a second master bedroom, complete with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a 32"Roku Smart TV. The bunk room has 2 sturdy bunks, twin over twin and twin over full. The bunk room includes a love seat for comfortable seating while playing the Xbox ONE or watching movies on a 43" Smart HDTV.

The two car garage can be used for parking, or for playing ping pong with your family and friends. Pull up one of the additional chairs, fill the cooler with ice and your favorite beverages, and enjoy a little friendly competition!

For our younger guests, we have a number of amenities to make your stay more comfortable and your travel less cramped. Additional sleeping comforts include an infant/toddler Pack-N-Play and a lightweight fold out toddler cot. To make mobility a little easier around the neighborhood and around town we have a BOB single jogger stroller, a wagon, and a tricycle for your use. For safety and convenience, we have child step stools, a toddler booster seat with adjustable tray. We also have various toys and books to stay entertained during non-beach times.

Additional amenities include; beach towels, various beach toys, cruiser bikes, two sets of snowshoes and poles, and complimentary 25 Mbps high speed wireless. We hope these amenities add to the enjoyment of your time in Chelan.
