Our beautiful condo has amazing views and recent Upgrades!

Our one-bedroom, one bath unit is located on the seventh floor. We have it tastefully decorated in a tropical decor with updated new granite in Kitchen and bath, appliances and furniture. We have a 43 in TV and DVR in the living room and a 32in Tv in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you would ever need on vacation. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and listening to the surf while enjoying the beautiful gulf views. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Personal secured WI-FI in the unit that is not shared so its full strength.

The unit is just under 500sf which we feel is perfect for a couple or small family. We also have a key less lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay.

(Just a note about Privacy here, the one bedroom does not have a door. The bedroom is separated from the living room area by the kitchen and short hallway.)

The complex boasts beautiful lush palm trees and flowers that surround the large pool with a double sided rock waterfall. The children's pool is steps away along with a hot tub for the adults. Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset.The complex also has two lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard with the equipment available at no charge at the front office. For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips with a $20 boat launch fee per vessel.

ACROSS THE STREET there is 100' of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests. All this and just a short distance from downtown Gulf Shores, you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
