From the moment you arrive, you'll love the bright, beach-inspired décor and fully furnished interior designed to make your stay relaxing and effortless.

The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals when you're not enjoying local restaurants. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Step out onto your private balcony to take in the stunning direct Gulf views—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

As a guest of Phoenix III, you'll enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball goal, convenience store, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the sugar-white sands. Phoenix III also shares amenities with Buildings I–IV, offering an even wider variety of features to enhance your vacation experience.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Was our first time to Orange Beach… very pleased with the location of this condo and perfect view of the beach from the balcony… actually got to enjoy dolphins swimming by early morning while sitting out on the balcony. Condo was clean, comfortable and had all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay… photos were exactly as it looks. I would highly recommend and hope to book this condo again to enjoy ourselves in future years.

We had a great experience. The facility was very nice. It showed its age but it has been well kept and maintained. The unit was just like it was advertised on the Vrbo listing. . Extremely appreciated the well stocked kitchen amenities. The labels were very helpful and clever in some area too. We would definitely rent here andd stay in this unit again.

Just as promised!

I was a little afraid of staying in a large complex as we usually try the smaller ones but this unit was fabulous! Location was perfection to all the restaurants and local hangouts, close to shopping and easy entrance/exit! Beaches were beautiful with great amenities! The unit itself was just as pictured! Well maintained, fully stocked, clean and very comfortable! Will definitely plan to stay again!

Vacation

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is in a great location—close to everything—and was super clean. You can tell the furnishings and kitchen have been recently updated, which made it feel fresh and comfortable. The balcony was a real highlight: extra large with nice furniture, perfect for relaxing.The only suggestions I’d make are to add a curtain in the bedroom to help block out light at night, and consider upgrading the bed sheets for added comfort. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Very nice. Great view of the ocean from our balcony and description of condo was accurate Had a piece of the ceiling plaster from the balcony 2 stories up come loose and fell onto balcony and landed on our lounge chair. Scary.

Condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the needed items to cook a full meal. The king size bed was comfortable. The best part was the amazing view of the Gulf from the balcony.

Very Nice Condo

Condo was as advertised. Very cute and great for two people. Furniture on patio was awesome. Great view of the beach and Gulf with easy access. There are beach chairs available to use; this was a nice surprise. Might suggest placing a curtain over the shutters in the MBR; light from outside made it hard to tell if it was night time or early morning when sleeping. We would stay here again!

Stress free vaca!

The Phoenix was very clean and updated all around. There were many kind staff throughout the resort to help us during our stay. Our condo was just like the pictures in the listing; Clean, comfortable, with an amazing view! communication regarding parking pass, checking in and checking out, was through the Sands of Alabama Team. And I will say, this was extremely easy and they were very thorough on everything! We were very pleased with our stay and will be back soon!

We enjoyed the stay in this beautiful condo. My only issue was walking into the foot board not once but twice and bruising my right thigh! I’m sure I am not the only person this has happened to. The furnishings were perfect for the beach. My husbands only complaint was that there was not a tiki bar on the property. We had to walk across the street to a restaurant for a cold adult beverage.One other thing is the bathroom door to the bedroom takes up too much space. Maybe consider a pocket door.

This is a great place to stay, with a great big balcony, bar-height chairs and table, and 2 loungers. Cool microwave underneath the sink. Keurig coffee maker that can make either a carafe or a cup of coffee (bring your own coffee or K-cups). Good bed. Good sofas. Clean. Very close to the elevator.

As advertised

Everything as advertised. Easy booking. It is tiny but cozy. Close to attractions and restaurants. Washer dryer helpful. Hot water set at lukewarm at best. Would do again with following: - bring toilet paper and a few extra towels - bring condiments. - bring beach chairs - bring kitchen trash bags. - bring laundry soap. These may have been available but unaware. Overall we had a good time and I would rent this place again.
