WATCH ROCKET LAUNCHES FROM THE BEACH..!!!
All our units are thoroughly cleaned for your protection after all guests leave.
Located in the Heart of Beautiful Downtown Cocoa Beach !!! Only 15 min from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal..!! Walk to a variety of 25 restaurants, stores, bars,and entertainment. Music at several locations within walking distance. Beautifully decorated, it is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo. Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, silverware, Keurig coffee maker and pots and pans. Living room has a conversion sofa (full size), 40 in. TV, and free WIFI with a glass sliding door that looks out directly at the ocean.!!

Beautiful bathroom with tiled shower and stone floor includes towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. Bedroom has a queen-bed, TV, dresser. Washer and Dryer in the unit for your use.

Outside balcony with a direct view of the ocean and stairs take you to a private path to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards and umbrella are there for your use. Extremely clean and comfortable unit.

The condo was great. The view of the beach and ocean were clear and close. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. Open the deck sliders and hear the surf. We enjoyed the deck chairs watching the beach and the surf. The owner was agreeable and responsive. I will stay here again in the future

Great ocean view/access

The restraunt/bar on the corner is very loud. Parking in the back seems sketchy, but the condo is super cute & has an awesome beach view with access. Can hear the waves from the condo. Saw a Palmetto bug.

Nice Beach

Had a really great stay which started with the absolute best communication. Wall out access to the beach, beautiful ocean view and the rocket launches were amazing. The only downside was the bar next door with the music going until 2am. Even that would not keep us from staying there again tho.

Beautiful view of Cocoa Beach

We loved the view of the ocean from our patio doors or the lanai. The condo was neatly decorated with a beach theme, very clean, comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, the stone shower was very welcoming and the couch in the living room offered ocean views. The only negative was the late night band on Friday night playing til after 11 pm. Ear plugs solved that!Easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop within a quick walk.Our first time here and we will definitely be back.

WOW!

From start to finish Jean was a great host. The location of this property is everything. Close to anything you need. But most importantly steps to the beach. There were even beach supplies if needed, chairs, umbrellas and wakeboards.

Nice getaway

Family trip with my parents and 15 year old dtr. My parents enjoyed their stay while dtr and I visited Disney. Property was conveniently located. View on beach was perfect and beautiful.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The host provided chairs, umbrella and towels. They said there was a cooler but apparently someone took off with that. We loved that we could walk to so many bars and restaurants. This is an older condo but was comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. It had a small patio area with chairs overlooking the beach. The only thing missing was soap for the shower although there was some leftover men’s body wash under the sink. Good stay!

We were very disappointed in our unit. The unit is in need of updating. It was clean for the most part but there was mold in the shower. The beach chairs were rusted and dirty. Although it was beyond the owners control, The Army Corp of Engineers were right in front of the unit and made it very difficult to even walk to the beach. They worked 24/7 with their back up beepers going ALL NIGHT LONG! Day 3 & 4 we couldn't' even get to the beach without driving. We paid for a beach front unit (which technically it was) but was unable to enjoy the sound of the ocean or sitting in the sand. We feel a "compensation" of some sort should have been offered to us but all we got was a "I didn't know they would be there"!

Pleasant stay in Cocoa Beach

My husband and I spent 4 nights in Cocoa Beach. Sitting on the porch and watching the ocean is very relaxing. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships sail out each day.

On the Beach!

Location is right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. View from balcony is beautiful. Very nice beach where we saw a rocket launch. Had a good time.

We loved the location! The place was very clean, everything you need and very comfortable. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife juststeps away. Jean and Bill are excellent hosts we will definitely be back.

Relaxing stay in Cocoa Beach

We forgot our baby's sound machine, so we opened the slider and listened to real ocean sounds instead. It was pretty great.

Perfect spot

My mother and I stayed and it was great. There's a lot of food places within walking distance, you can watch rocket launches from the balcony and stare at the ocean from morning to night. It's also extremely close walking distance to the beach, which was nice because my mom has a hard time walking far. There is a bar next door that plays loud music in the evening, but it wasn't a big enough disturbance to interrupt our enjoyment; just unexpected during the week. I am already looking forward to booking my next stay at the same place

Excellent experience

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. The hosts were always there to answer questions and the check in was smooth. I forgot my wallet after checking out and Jean was nice enough to check and even send the wallet to me overnight.

We love meeting people and we also love to go camping and go on cruise's.
