SugarTop Resort - centrally located in The High Country is a guard gated community with round-the-clock security, and a 24-hour front desk staff. Resort lobby has a library for reading or games. Resort has a full Pantry in main Lobby and a Café/Pub onsite (seasonal). Indoor Pool, 2 Hot tubs, Sauna, Steam Bath, Fitness Center, Men's and Ladies Locker Rooms with personal showers. Our 2BR and 2BA Condo is located Slopeside on the 1st Floor of residential units (fist in, first out!), closest to the elevator, lobby, pool and parking. Unit is a little "dated" and "used" but clean and cozy so enjoy our lower rates. We love our little escape and hope you will too. Fully furnished with linens and bedding included. Open floor plan, w/wood burning fireplace in spacious living room and wet bar. The beautiful scenery is viewable from nearly every room. Master BR has king size bed and Guest BR has a queen bed. There is also a Queen size electric blow-up mattresses if needed. Both bathrooms have showers and tubs. Private outside balcony positioned directly above pool rooftop with a direct view of ski slopes and sunsets. Laundry room w/full size washer and dryer. There are books, board games, DVDs, XBOX 360, dedicated Wi-Fi and cable TV for your enjoyment. Complimentary shuttle service to and from parking lots for all guests. During ski season no need to drive to the ski resort as Ski Sugar offers free shuttle bus service from SugarTop Resort to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort during weekends (peak season) and holidays. Sorry, no pets are permitted due to HOA policy. This is a SMOKE FREE unit. Each condo is individually owned.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

***NOTE: Sugar Top Resort condos do not have air conditioning. Average summer temperatures are high 75 and low 55 degrees. During snow and ice it is required to have 4 wheel drive/AWD vehicle or snow tires and chains for access to the Resort.***

Activities include skiing, snow tubing, Wilderness Alpine Mountain Coaster, golfing, biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, wildlife watching, zip-lining, gem mining, rafting or just relaxing in the mountains. Nearby sites include Grandfather Mountain, Banner Elk, Lineville Falls/Caverns, Boone, Blowing Rock, Lees-McRae College and Appalachian State University, Tweetsie Railroad, Overlook Barn, Beech Mountain and the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway.
