If you are looking for something cozy and tropical, this is
the unit for you. This one-bedroom suite
on the 10th floor has unique and beautiful stucco designs on the
walls in both the living room and the bedroom.
There is a life-size wooden carved giraffe and numerous potted plants
throughout. The colors throughout this
suite are yellow and orange and play well off the colors of the furniture. Behind the sofa in the living room is where
you will find a huge stucco wall design of a palm tree. The sofa/love seat is dark brown cloth and the
end tables, coffee table, and entertainment center are dark wood. Across from the sofa is a wall-mounted 42”
LCD with surround sound, and cable which includes the sports channel. A DVD
player and wireless internet are also provided in this unit. Along the wall is a dining table with three
chairs. This suite has a fully equipped
kitchen with granite countertops, granite backsplash, and beautiful wood
cabinets and pantry. All of the
appliances are stainless steel and include, stove, oven, microwave,
refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. In
this fully equipped kitchen, you will also find a gourmet spice rack, carving
knives, and a blender. There is also a
private washer and dryer. In the bedroom,
you will find another unique stucco designed art carving that is behind the
king-size bed and was designed to replace a headboard. This is an enormous white carved seashell
with waves around it. The bedroom
furniture is a light wood with two nightstands and a beautiful armoire, which
holds a smaller TV for your enjoyment.
The yellow and orange colors carry through to the bedroom where the king-size bed is covered in stripes of the same colors. The terrace is of course just beautiful. Relax and enjoy the salt-filled sea air and
listen to the gentle splashing of the tide as it hits the beach. The terrace has a 3-pillow sofa and two
chairs with ottoman. On the floor is a
straw area rug. There are ceiling fans
throughout. This is a cozy unit full of
color and life with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez and all of its
wonderful sights, sounds, and of course the beautiful Rocky Point sunsets. Relax and enjoy this cozy suite. This suite will easily accommodate up to 4
guests and has a sofa sleeper in the family room.

NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
