As seen on HGTV House Hunters International, (2019 season 129, episode 13)! This spectacular condo is located on the 8th floor of the Sonoran Sea with breathtaking views of colorful sunsets on the Sea of Cortez. Wake up listening to the waves on the beach and enjoy your coffee or meals on the 300 square foot patio/terrace. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo can sleep 6 people comfortably.

Please note that we give 10% of the nightly rental amount to local charities that we support!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy the 32 inch TV and smart DVD player. The second bedroom offers a new mattress as of 02/2023 for the king size bed! It also has a 32 inch TV and smart DVD player for those who want to relax away from the beach and the water. There is a queen size fold-out couch/bed in the living room. Here you can also enjoy the new 55 inch screen smart TV that includes Netflix, along with various DVDs. The condo has secured, high speed, dedicated, WiFi internet access including free Netflix in each bedroom.

The kitchen is up to date with all of the necessary appliances and kitchen wares needed to enjoy your home cooked meals. The 6 person dining room table extends to allow for extra seats. This allows you to continue to enjoy time with your family and friends while sharing meals together.

The condo is managed by the property management company on site. If there is ever a question, concern, or issue, you can go to the front desk and they will help you with whatever is needed.

Tired of cooking? There are 5 restaurants within walking distance. The swim-up bar also has food.

Relax and enjoy easy access to pristine pools or a clean and safe "Sandy Beach".

The condo has been recently updated and is ready for your family and friends to enjoy just as much as we do!

Nice property, beautiful view! Restaurants within walking distance was a plus. We couldn’t get the TV to work while we were there, but that was OK would return again.

Views from the balcony were amazing and it was great to awaken to the laps of the ocean.

We had a great stay and the property is well-maintained. It was the first time I had been in over 25 years and will go again when I have the chance.

Perfect place in Rocky Point

We love staying at the Sonoran Sea in Rocky Point. This condo gave us everything we needed gorgeous views great location comfy space!It rained while we were there so my only complaint is the patio can get pretty slippery when wet. We laid some towels down so we didn’t slip.

Relax Birthday Getaway

We were here just for the weekend. Beautiful views the place was just as listed and super clean. And walking distance to Bandidos and Changos. This place felt like home away from home!

Best place to stay in Puerto Peñasco!

Andrea's condo has the best view of the sunsets, close to nightlife, fun swim up bar and friendly staff. All that's missing is a lounge chair on the patio for afternoon naps! Can't wait to go back.

Convenient Location

We love visiting Rocky Point & really enjoy staying at Sonoran Sea. The resort itself is super clean and well maintained, multiple pool options, a delicious restaurant & convenient market/coffee shop. It’s also located within walking distance to other restaurants and bars, no need take a cab anywhere. The unit was just as pictured, very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly & accommodating, would absolutely stay here again.

Quick family get away

Great property, just as advertised, had everything you need. Beds are comfy. Loved the giant bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. Views are amazing! Loved it

We had an amazing time at this property. This totally exceeded our expectations, everything looks exactly like it shows on the pictures. This resort is very family friendly, everyone is very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend this property, we will definitely be back!

My husband and I purchased this property with my mom and dad. We wanted to be able to have our girls grow up on the beach and build family memories. Growing up in Phoenix, I never knew that Rocky Point was such a paradise. It wasn't until I was an adult that I started vacationing in Rocky Point and started to love it!

The sunsets are amazing from the balcony! You can enjoy walking on the beach and searching the tide pools when the tide is out. Sandy Beach is semi-private, clean, and family friendly. You can enjoy a massage on the beach by Yolanda, fresh mangos cut like flowers with chili pepper sprinkled on it, Jet Ski rentals from the beach, or Banana Boat rides from the beach. You can also enjoy the lounging by one of the two pools, the swim up bar, or the heated pool in the winter.
