This luxury home is perfect for vacations with a large group of up to 20 guests. If the beach is your dog's favorite spot, this beach house is also pet-friendly! Whether it's a trip with friends or a family reunion, Nice N Breezy is sure to provide everything you might need from stunning views, spacious accommodations, and great amenities!

When you first walk into this beach house, you will be greeted by the large kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom, and the first guest bedroom. The full-service kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, with bar area seating and a dining table. Nearby is also a wet bar with an ice maker and wine cooler. The kitchen and dining area are open to the large living room, with ample seating and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom provides a king bed, a private bath, and balcony access. The first guest bedroom has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks with bathroom access and a sliding glass door opening up to the pool deck.

Venture up the stairs to find 5 more spacious guest bedrooms! The second floor has 3 bedrooms with king beds, 1 with a queen bed, and 1 has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks. The third floor will be locked off. Both floors have expansive balconies with gorgeous views facing the beach, and many of the bedrooms have direct access to a balcony.

Nice N Breezy boasts a large private pool with a spacious deck and outdoor grill. Enjoy tanning in a lounge chair, taking a refreshing swim, or having a barbeque by the pool! For even more relaxation, there is a flow-over hot tub connected to the pool. Enjoy the sunset view from the several balconies that are perfect for entertaining! If you prefer to take a walk along the water's edge as the sun goes down, take a short walk across the street to the white sandy beaches. Your friends and family will love heading over for a beach day to soak up the sun while throwing a frisbee, building a sandcastle, looking for seashells, and swimming in the waves.
