Great house. Nice decor and very clean. Was a little worried with the water damage on the wall next to the sliding doors. Hoping there wasnā€™t any mold. Management company was phenomenal. We had an issue with the main TV. They were very quick to send someone out. Couldnā€™t fix so ended up getting a new TV the next day. Will definitely refer company to friends.

Beautiful property great location!!! ICE MAKER!!! That was fantastic!! All appliances were new. Beds were very comfortable, the only negative was the WiFi service, we had a couple of work from home in the group and it was a struggle. Will stay again if available

Upon arrival, I can definitivly say that this was the cleanest VRBO, ABNB, etc I have ever stayed in. The management company have great cleaning staff. The house itself is in a great location near everything we wanted to do and the scenery is amazing. You can hear the waves hitting the beach on the back patio. We even seen a pod of dolphins at one point while we were on the beach. There were a couple of maintenance issues that did not impact out stay or comfort though that I reported to the management company (such as there was a leak that had been occurring and was causing some damage to a wall). When we did reach out to the management company, someone came out to check it out within 10 minutes!.

Wonderful Home

Loved staying at the K Family home. The home was clean and comfy. There was a handful of beach toys and chairs available. Enough beds to host a small army or large family. I hope the owners fix the ocean side wall. There is some obvious damage and Iā€™d hate for it to get any worse. Overall Iā€™d gladly stay here again and hope to in the future.

We had such an enjoyable time with our family. We had total of 10 (4 kids, 6 adults) at the house and we never felt crowded. The access to the beach was perfect and we liked the 'beach room' on the ground floor where we could drop off our beach gear and use the outdoor shower to wash the sand off before going up to the main floor. Everything was decorated tastefully and we were never in need of anything. Kitchen had almost everything we needed (it could use a good knife for chopping vegetables) and we cooked breakfast and lunch every day. We loved the porch especially in the morning and late afernoon. As it isnt covered, its too hot to enjoy on a sunny day at noon. Definitely recommend this to any family. We hope to be back soon.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our seven night stay. Everything was as expected. Nice and comfy. Would definitely recommend. We stayed in the upstairs master and it was comfortable. The only complaint is that all bedrooms are next to the road. It would be nice to have a bedroom on the ocean side.

September vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Kfamily tides. Everything was great. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pots and pans and a crockpot! We did not want for nothing at this beach house. The only thing we wished we had was a roof over the back deck. Other than that this place is perfect!

Great Location, Okay House

Perfect location, but the house has some deferred maintenance. It was not enough to ruin our trip, but it was a little disappointing, given what we paid. It is billed as sleeps 14. We had 8, and any more than that would have been tight, especially with bathroom capacity. The little ā€œextrasā€ were lacking compared to other properties we have rented.

The house was beautiful.

This house was perfect for our family. Very spacious. The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. My husband and I stayed in the loft and enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view of the gulf. The stairs were wide and not steep. Once you got upstairs there was a full bath. To the left was a large bedroom with full bath. To the right of the stairs was the beautiful loft. Kitchen had everything you will need + and extra icemaker (pellet ice) and a wine/beverage cooler. Again, this house was perfect.

Nice set up and very convenient location

The house was very nice except it was not very clean when we arrived. I notified the property company and they said they could send someone out but we bought cleaner to do ourselves. The house is very nice and house a large gathering area. Needed more towels for our large party.

This could be an amazing beach house but it needs love. When we arrived the main floor glass sliders and glass dining table and family room area glass table tops were all filthy. Stickiness and glass rings and smears everywhere. You could not see out of the sliders and you want to see those views! All of the stainless steel appliances were sticky and handprinted as well. If I was the owner and was paying a cleaning service to ready the house for guests I would be furious! We called for cleaning service as there were no cleaning supplies in the house and we did want to incur costs for cleaning supplies for a house we expected to find in ready condition. They said it might be the next day before they could arrive so we went to cleaning ourselves...not what you want your first action to be upon arrival but we arrived before our friends so we wanted their first impression to be better than ours was. Hot soapy water and the dish cloth and towel provided did the trick on all glass and stainless steel surfaces. A cleaning person did arrive and tried to clean the sliders but it was still subpar. After she left my husband used the hot soapy water and dishtowel to wipe down and dry and and the results were amazing. The downstairs screened area where beach chairs and toys are kept has two old metal screen doors that are broken, rusty and sharp and dangerous. Seating in main room and very worn out and uncomfortable. We left it much cleaner than we found it.
