Couple's Retreat Cottage is a traditional Irish 1 bedroom Luxurious Country Cottage with sea views from its four poster bed and amazing Jacuzzi.
Traditional in style with solid oak floors and cosy wood-burning stove surrounded by an original brick fire place the couple's Retreat Cottage has an elegant, warm, cosy atmosphere. The cottage boasts original paintings from the surrounding area, to give an old world feel to the rooms.
The kitchen has a nautical ambiance which also boasts a sea view. The downstairs bathroom includes a walk in wet room decorated tastefully with pebbles emulating the local beaches. Couples can experience the local gourmet restaurants, traditional music in the local pubs or dance the night away in Ireland's only 'Beach Bar'!! Alternatively simply hide yourselves away in this majestic and romantic setting.

NEWSPAPERS
You can purchase Irish Newspapers and a limited supply of English Newspapers form either O'Leary's (The Green Shop) or Freddie's Grocery Shop in Caherdaniel. Either shop will be happy to order the newspaper of your choice if it is not in stock.

SHOPPING
Basic food and house hold items can be bought from O'Leary's (The Green Shop) in Castlecove. There is a seasonal food store with a fresh bakery at Wave Crest only 2km's away. There is also a shop in Freddie's in Caherdaniel, approx. 5 km's away with a wider selection of products available.
