Located in the quiet and scenic Gulf Trace neighborhood, this five-bedroom, four- bathroom vacation home sleeps up to 13 guests and includes a private pool, flexible living spaces, and close proximity to the beach. The main second-floor level welcomes you with a sun-filled, open concept design anchored by a coastal-inspired living room with plush seating, a flatscreen TV, and large windows overlooking the backyard oasis. The dining area features a farmhouse-style table for eight, while the updated kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, shaker cabinets, and a sea-glass tile backsplash. It's ideal for everything from family meals to sunset cocktail hours.

Bedrooms are spread across three levels, offering privacy and flexibility. The top-floor primary suite is a private sanctuary with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and an observation balcony with peek-a-boo Gulf views. Two more bedrooms one king, one queen—are located on the ground floor and share two full bathrooms. A bright bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and a twin trundle sits on the main level, and a bonus den with wet bar opens directly to the pool deck.
