Casa Francisca is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath, with a 4-bed bunkroom, 2-story modern house conveniently located in the heart of Old Seagrove Beach and the middle of 30A. Just over 2 miles long, this free-spirited community is a balanced mix of old and new Florida and its laid-back style makes Seagrove Beach truly one of a kind. Casa Francisca is just a no-hassle short walk to the beach, approximately 1/3 of a mile, and enjoys 5 different dedicated neighborhood beach access points (more than any other beach along 30A) to more than one mile of open, deeded beach for your enjoyment. Close to nature trails, entertainment hubs, groceries, restaurants, boutique shops, and dune lakes, yet secluded, private, tranquil, and serene where you'll enjoy peace and relaxation. The open layout centered around the courtyard and pool is perfectly suited for families looking to reconnect and enjoy the afternoon breeze. Tastefully appointed rooms, with king-size beds in all of them, 2 on the main floor open to the pool, the third one on the second floor open to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. There is a large, fully stocked kitchen with every gadget you can think of and an outdoor grill. Beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and 4 bikes will be provided.

The home is exactly as presented in photos. It is immaculately kept with all the modern conveniences you would expect. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve gourmet cooked meals. There was a large assortment of entertaining and beverage serve ware that was unexpected but greatly appreciated. All the appliances are top of the line and worked perfectly. The beds and bed linens are extremely comfortable. The Host was very accommodating and responded immediately to any request. The location of the home is ideal, walkable distance to the beach and a short drive to the grocery and shopping. We very highly recommend making this home your next vacation get away in 30-A.

This house is beautiful, and was the perfect property for our family vacation with adult kids. The hosts were wonderful!! They accommodated a special request and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed during our stay. The location is perfectly situated in 30a (5 min bike ride to the beach, walkable to Seaside, bike or quick drive to Alys and Rosemary beach areas). We look forward to returning in the future!

The house is incredible and very comfortable located on a quiet street. Just a couple blocks to the beach. The host communicated very well about instructions and checking out was so easy, no long list of chores which is the last thing you want to do after a fabulous vacation. Our family of 6 adults loved riding the bikes, walking to the beach, and cooked several meals at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking pans, dishes and utensils. You just need to bring your own condiments. The bedding and all linens were first class. We loved staying here and hope to be back soon. This was our first time to 30A and this home was in the perfect central location of it all.

We had such a fantastic time! The beach access was easy and renting chairs there was great. The beach was never crowded for us. The house was fantastic. Had more than we needed for kitchen supplies, towels waiting for us when we arrived which was so nice. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed having a private pool to come back to after being at the beach. The beds were so comfortable and the house had plenty of space for us to spread out. The communication was as fantastic and always a quick response. We will definitely be back here!!

There are much better options for this price

Our stay got off to a bad start when our feet were completely covered in dust and dirt within minutes of entering the property. We also found the property did not provide basic necessities such a hand soap for the kitchen and baths. The top floor bedroom layout did not work well; this room shares a very small bath with a 4-person bunk bed room that is totally open with no door. The owners also did some very unusual things to invade our privacy throughout the stay, including tracking our location by putting an air tag on the rental key, having a person enter the premises while we were not yet dressed, and having a car of people arrive about 45 min before check out and watch us pack up. The neighborhood has unpaved roads, mobile homes, and people parking all over including on the grass. The house has a view into 4 other houses. Pool is on the smaller side but it was nice to have a view from all parts of the house. Tons of cooking supplies. We were so excited about this house from the many positive reviews, but overall, our experience was disappointing.

Spectacular home away from home

We were lucky enough to call this place home for two weeks! The house is even more beautiful in person…and so much bigger! The most important thing to our family on vacation is safety and comfort and this place had both. The house is fantastic and beautiful..comfortable spots to lounge everywhere throughout, very cozy beds, and very clean! They did such a great job on the layout of the house as well as the decor. It’s even more stunning in person. The pool is perfect to cool off in and the whole place had everything we were looking for. Aldo and his team were extremely quick at responding and finding solutions to anything thing we needed. Wonderful service all around. We will absolutely be back!

Family Vacation

Loved our stay in this home!

This was our first visit to the 30A area and this home is in a great location as it sits right off of the midpoint of 30A making it an ideal spot to be able to explore all of 30A very easily! Beach access is just a short walk from the house! Beach is huge and beautiful! We walked the beach in the mornings and watched the sunset each night. We also enjoyed riding the bikes that are provided. The Timpoochee trail runs all along 30A and there are nearby neighborhoods that are also great to explore. The home is beautiful and very spacious! The outdoor area is setup great for being able to both be in the sun or be in the shade with a nice size pool to enjoy! The owners were great with communicating before and during our trip, checking on us to see if there was anything we needed! Our family truly enjoyed our stay here and would love to be able to come back again! Highly recommend this home!

Perfect vacation home for our trip!

Visit 30A almost every year…this year to celebrate a graduation and to welcome in the new year. Beautiful comfortable home. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and really loved the heated pool. Easy walk to the beach for morning and evening walks. Actually, we loved everything about it!

Top Property on 30A

We have stayed in many places on 30A. This is the best one yet. Location is awesome: you have a combination of seclusion, beach access, and walking distance to Seaside square. The decor is beautiful: by far my wife's favorite we have experienced. The pool is right sized. We used it for Thanksgiving week and the owner had it toasty for us each night. (It was almost like a big hot tub.) The kitchen is the best equipped of any place we have stayed. There is room to spread out, especially with 5 outdoor seating areas. The owner over communicated with us to take care of all needs. I would highly recommend that you book it!

Resort style with great location

Immaculate home with nothing overlooked. Close to everything with just a short walk or bike ride to beach, stores, restaurants, etc. (we did rent golf cart, which I would highly recommend) Back patio is an oasis with perfect sized pool, most comfortable lounging outdoor furniture and massive grill all private and quiet. Bedrooms each with en-suite baths were spaced out so everyone had their own privacy. Highly recommend!

30A Family Beach Trip 2024!

The house and pool were both SPECTACULAR!! We loved the private location along with the convenience of the beach! We especially enjoyed the bicycles and we rode together for miles all over Seaside, Seagrove, Watercolors, Santa Rosa and all sections of 30A! What a wonderful family vacation! Great Family Vacation

Our stay at Casa Francisca was better than we expected! The home is beautiful and the pool was a kid favorite! The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Close proximity to seaside and close to the beach are major pluses. I HIGHLY recommend this home.

Outstanding once again

This is the second time that we have stayed at Casa Francisca. It was just as amazing as our first stay! The house is stunning; the location is excellent. The host is so service-oriented. We had small issues with vacuuming the first day which where due to a broken vacuum but we let the host know right away and he had the area re-cleaned immediately and the vacuum fixed. It was amazing. The pool is incredible and the seating around it is laid out perfectly. While you are so close the the beach, you almost never want to leave - it is so relaxing! The kitchen is one of the most well-stocked kitchens ever - we cook every night! This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. It feels like home - and feels like a luxury resort - all in one. We again are leaving with a reservation for next year already!

“dream house “

What a dream…. everything about our stay in Casa Francisco was just so lovely.Its a beautiful design inside and out. The location is serene and quiet. It’s stocked so well for comfort and entertaining. The bedding is awesome. The lighting is incredible. The pool is great.. the hosts were the very best hosts I’ve ever had on any vacation rental site- I can’t say enough good about them. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable and then already perfect setting!!

We've been visiting the Florida panhandle, specifically the stretch of beach known as Scenic Highway 30a and its unique coastal ecosystem. Dune lakes are a unique geographical feature and are only found in a few places in the world including Madagascar, Australia, New Zealand, Oregon, and here in Walton County, home to 15 named coastal dune lakes along 26 miles of coastline. It’s a pleasure and a blessing to be able to share this slice of natural beauty with you.
