-Security deposit $3-5000, refunded within 30 days after end of lease. Last months' rent is not required.

My husband and I rented Cheri's house last winter, and it was absolutely beautiful with everything we needed. The rooms were stylishly furnished, the mattresses practically new and very comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space. The master bedroom had an adjoining bathroom, and the open-concept kitchen was fully equipped. The lanai was stunning, full of vibrant plants and flowers, and had a table with a ceiling fan, making outdoor dining enjoyable rain or shine. Cheri's home is beautifully decorated with unique paintings. She was always available and welcoming, greeting us with cheese and crackers. The house is conveniently located near beaches, shopping, Naples Zoo, and great restaurants. We loved both the house and Cheri! – Rob and Carol

After looking at many homes in Naples, we chose Casa Alexa and couldn’t have been happier! We spent six wonderful months in this zen-like sanctuary, perfect for relaxing, cooking, and entertaining. The house is filled with eclectic art, and the open layout made it a joy to live in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including utensils, pots, pans, and a wine cooler. The ground-floor master suite had an en-suite bath, and upstairs featured a second bedroom and a well-equipped office. The beautifully landscaped lanai with a hot tub was our favorite spot for breakfast and birdwatching. The Xfinity Wi-Fi was reliable, and Cheri’s Alexa system was a nice touch. The neighborhood was peaceful, great for walking or bike rides, and close to parks, beaches, and the Botanical Garden. Casa Alexa is a truly amazing, art-inspired home near downtown Naples. After selling my Gulf-access home, I decided to rent and found Casa Alexa to be the perfect choice. Located in a quiet, well-manicured community, the house exudes tranquility. Its contemporary design, filled with unique art and sleek furnishings, set a high standard for comfort and style. The modern kitchen, equipped with Alexa voice controls and high-end appliances, made everything effortless. The multiple Smart TVs and reliable Wi-Fi added convenience. Cheri is an exceptional owner, promptly addressing any maintenance needs while respecting privacy. Even during Hurricane Ian, Casa Alexa maintained power throughout. Cheri’s passion for providing a top-tier rental experience shines through in every detail. This home is truly a unique gem! – Charles

Cheri's house in Naples, Florida is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient vacation rental. My wife, adult daughter, and I stayed here for three months (January through March), giving us ample time to appreciate all the home has to offer.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors, this two-story home offers a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The approach to the house is particularly charming, with beautiful flowering bushes and plants adorning both the front of Cheri's home and the island in the cul-de-sac, making every return a cheerful and uplifting experience.

The open-plan ground floor features a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy reading nook overlooking the garden, and a comfortable living room. The master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, is also on this level. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms (one set up as a delightful office with a patio) and another full bathroom.

The backyard is a cozy highlight, with a screened area featuring a table with a ceiling fan, perfect for outdoor meals. There's also a hot tub and additional seating in an unscreened area. The garage houses a washer/dryer and provides storage for the bicycles and beach gear Cheri provides for her guests use, and easily accommodates a car if desired.

Amenities include strong Wi-Fi, a large TV with streaming services, and all necessary kitchen equipment. The house was clean, and all systems functioned perfectly throughout our extended stay.
Location-wise, it's ideal. Two Publix supermarkets are nearby, the beach is just 15 minutes away, and Naples' renowned restaurants are within a 15-20 minute drive. For Catholics, St. Peter the Apostle church is a convenient 5-minute drive.

Cheri is a responsive and accommodating host. Check-in was smooth, with Cheri providing a personal walk-through and introduced us to her maintenance contact, though we only had to call on him once - to repair a flat tire on one of the bikes - he was friendly, competent, and accommodating.
Overall, Cheri's artistically decorated home offers great value, combining comfort, convenience, and a touch of chic. It's an excellent base for exploring all that Naples has to offer, whether for a short visit or an extended stay like ours. Highly Recommended!
