Naples Home Centrally Located Close To Beach & Restaurants

Spend time with Family and Friends in the Casita after a day at the beach or enjoying the City of Naples. Casita has a screened back patio and a nicely landscaped FULLY FENCED private yard. Feel free to take the 2 bicycles provided for a morning ride around the community, to the grocery store, or to one of the many restaurants located within just half a mile from the house.

You will be in the heart of Naples close to some of the best amenities, shopping and dining experiences. This centrally located home just east of US 41 and south of Neapolitan Way/Granada Blvd, puts you close to many public beach access points yet just a 10 minute drive to Old Naples.

Freshly painted, furnished and decorated, the home is very clean. The Primary bedroom has a King size bed with en suite Bath, glass shower door and double sinks. The primary closet is huge, you will not have a problem finding space for all of your things. The Guest Bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk Bed and the 3rd bedroom/den has a Queen size Murphy Bed. There is a hall bathroom with tub and shower for the two guest bedrooms to share.

The Family Room, Primary Bedroom and bunk bed room all have flat screen TVs. The Primary and Family Room TVs HULU Live, Netflix, Amazon and Disney Plus (both require your own subscription). The house has high speed internet and a security system.

We also have a two car garage which you will have full access to.

The community 'pool' is located about 2 miles west of the house in what we call the beautiful 'Gulf of Mexico.'

Great house and location

Perfect and relaxing

The layout of the home was perfect with split floor plan. Comfortable beds, relaxing lanai and well stocked kitchen with all of the essential. Very clean and very attentive host! I give this place 5

Great experience

Awesome location close to beach, shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a great month-long stay near the beach. The master bed was super comfy and the lanai was a great place to relax. The park shore beach pass was a huge benefit. We loved the convenience of having it.

Close to the beach clean beautiful home

We had a wonderful time staying on Capri! The house was a great size and very accommodating. We had access to a private beach a mile away. We were 5 minutes from the zoo. We had a wonderful time!

Great rental

The house was very nice. We have rented places in Naples for the past 7 years and it was definitely the best. Great location, very well maintained and fully equipped with lots of linens and kitchen equipment. We will be renting again next year

Convenient Location, Spacious and Private

We regularly visit our elderly family in the area and just discovered this place for our visits. It's convenient to the northern part of Naples, just off Highway 41, in a family-oriented quiet neighborhood with excellent privacy in the backyard/lanai area. Spacious interior living space with a well-equipped kitchen, large master bedroom suite and two additional bedrooms. Can drive easily or ride bikes to the community beach. Highly recommended for a small family and will even accommodate pets.

A Slice of Paradise

We have stayed twice for the winter months in this spacious Florida home, and love it! The house is well-equipped, offering an en suite master bath in a separate wing of the house, while family or guests occupy the other side of the house with their own bath. Although there is no pool in the lanai, it is fully screened with refreshing fans, and faces a nicely landscaped backyard. The house is located in a transitional neighborhood, but it is a safe area, the neighboring homes are well-kept, the gulf is just a mile and a half away and there are shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The garage is stocked with all the accouterments needed for the beach, which is very helpful. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the owners genuinely care about the property and your enjoyment of it. They are quick to respond to any issues, as few as there have been. They also welcomed our large (well-behaved) golden retriever, which was key to our initial renting of the property. It's refreshing to have owners recognize that dog families can be trusted to rent nice properties. Definitely major pluses all around!

A very clean home centrally located near stores, beach, restaurants and a mall. Check in was easy and Karyn was great to work with. We took our dog and the fenced in back yard was a plus (as was the beach pass!)

Great Value

Home was accurately depicted and the yard was great for our dog. This rental had everything we needed. The beach pass was awesome and a huge surprise. Home was centrally located but wish neighborhood had sidewalks. Karyn & Rowan were great hosts. We definitely recommend this rental.

Naples Gem

The property was exactly as listed, which was perfect for our needs. Very well stocked with enough essentials to get us through the first couple of days. Each bedroom has it’s own supply of linens, plentiful. Bathrooms are well stocked as well. There was a supply of beach towels, seriously everything we needed was in the home. The owner’s provided a computer for renters use! There are 2 bicycles to use. The neighborhood was conveniently located to shopping and the beach! The owners were readily available for any concerns. I will definitely use this property again the next time I’m in Naples.

Centrally Located

This comfortable and clean home is centrally located, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. It's minutes from downtown and North Naples shopping/ restaurants like Mercato and Waterside Shoppes. It's also a quick ride for random, casual beach sunsets. The home is super family friendly. There were books that my daughter enjoyed reading every night and some toys to keep her entertained. She even did a few puzzles during our stay. The home is pet friendly too. Karyn and Rowan offer a large crate and dog bowls. There's even a brand new fence that encloses the entire yard. Huge bonus! Furthermore; these hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, always ready to answer questions or help resolve any situations that arise. Note: When you're walking your pet, be sure to walk along Granada to the little pond. There you'll see a gang of iguanas of all sizes just hanging out with the ducks and birds. Some are huge! Very cool.

Excellent rental

We stayed at the casita while waiting for our Naples home to be completed.we found it to be very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It was just a few minutes to the beach, great shopping and terrific restaurants. In fact my new home is not as well situated and I miss the casita location. The open floor plan worked well for us as well as the 2 car garage. The owners were very easy to work with and were on top of everything.

AMAZING RENTAL PROPERTY!

I can't say enough positive things about this beautiful & cozy casita! far better than any hotel! perfectly located to the beach, great restaurants and fabulous shopping. The house was in immaculate condition and had everything we could possibly need. The owners were very accommodating and were a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend this beautiful property and can't wait to return.
