Enjoyable stay

My family and I enjoyed a month at the property, and appreciated how functional everything was. The ac heated the rooms on colder nights and the dishwasher and washing machine came to great use. I also loved the two terrasses with views over the sea/mountains and the fact that the pool area was open and in service even though our stay was in February.

Gorgeous property with absolutely everything u could ask for . Stunning views and very peaceful.would come back again 100%. Pool spotless and all in all a very clean house and resort .plenty of restaurants in the area .To summarise we loved it.😀

Nice house a short walk from Burriana

We stayed for three weeks in lovely Nerja. The house was nice with everything you need, AC in every room, good wifi. A very quiet area and the pool was exceeding our expectations. We could absolutely come back another time!

Lovely Townhouse

Lovely spacious, well-equipped townhouse in a great location. The beach is just 10 minutes walk downhill and there is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk up the hill. The house itself is really nice. Kitchen has everything you would need. The terrace is lovely to sit and eat out on in evening. Bedrooms are nice and comfy. The hosts were really helpful and responsive to queries that I had throughout my stay. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful and great location

Wonderful and clean property. Beautiful views. Short walk to beach, stores and restaurants (although up and down a steep hill). Family friendly. Pool is wonderful and close to condo. A few things to note: parking is very limited. Check in is a bit challenging as the Nerja Club does not give you any information other than the keys, would suggest a welcome packet with a list of idiosyncrasies of the property. There are no additional basic supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc) - you are expected to replenish yourself if your run out. This property is a good option for a long stay (our family stayed 10 days). Central location to many of the amazing things to do in the south of Spain. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic house!

We loved this house, it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The balcony is a real sun trap and we sat out in the sun until it went down around 9pm every evening. The pool is just a few steps away at the end of the row of houses, and was brilliant for us and our two boys. It was a welcome relief to the sweltering heat, perfect swimming temperature and there were only ever a couple of families in at any one time. The walk to Burriana beach takes 5 mins on the way down, we got a taxi home regularly due to the heat and having an exhausted 3 year old. We were happy to pay the 7euro fare for this although it really would take less than 10 mins to get up the hill. Overall we had a fantastic time and the house was everything we hoped it would be.

Brilliant house with a view in an idilic location!

Rented out the holiday home with a group of friends. I had an excellent time due to the perfect location, weather and house! The house is 10 minute walk from the beautiful Burriana beach where we quickly found a favourite cocktail bar and topped up our tans. For those feeling adventurous the paddle boarding was very fun and cheap! Nerja centre is a short walk away and great for tapas, shops, drinks and the rest. It had an old town feel but also an up and coming feel about it. An excellent feature of the house is the pool which was brilliant as a change to the sea water. The house its self was very spacious with generous size bedrooms and lovely decor. The couch in the living room was particularly comfy. The gorgeous balcony was perfect for breakfast and have drinks on in the evening. Overall very impressed with this holiday let and I'm looking forward to booking again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay very much. On arrival we were initially disappointed to find that the pool was empty and out of use. However we were given access to another pool in the mean time. After a few days our pool was opened and we enjoyed some very cold refreshing swims! The apartment is as it is described. The balconies are a great place to enjoy the views. The main living space is smaller than it appears on the photos but comfortable for 6 people. The bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of storage space. Some of our guests were a bit cold during the first night but this was quickly rectified with a delivery of extra duvets. The beach is within walking distance despite the very steep hill. We enjoyed walking to the Balcon de Europa most days too. It was a half hour walk, but well worth it, with delicious ice creams on arrival!

Cosy, clean with beautiful views of Nerja

Amazing stay in Nerja, beautiful home, spacious, clean, cosy and well-equipped. We spent lots of fab times in the terrace with fantastic views of Nerja and the sea. Beach 15 mins walk and after lovely, energetic walk so refreshing to have a swim in the pool!! Bliss... Great communication with owner, Ian. We also arranged taxis via Ian airport pick up, taxi drivers helpful and fab. Thank you Ian for your help and we would love to return!!

Just back from two weeks in nerja the apartment was very clean,air conditioned and had everything you needed ,nice well maintained pool.Close to sea and restaurants be prepared for a steep walk back to the apartment Ian was very helpful arranging taxis to and from the airport

Lovely house!

Just back from a wonderful stay in Nerja. The house is lovely, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay, the bathroom is also lovely, very modern with an excellent shower. We really enjoyed using the pool area, it was never too busy and we even had it to ourselves in the early evenings. The house is very conveniently located for Burriana beach, about a 5 min walk down and a little longer to get back up the hill. It’s pretty steep but we didn’t find it at all problematic, even with a toddler. Ian was also increadibly helpful, organising taxis for the airport transfers with a car seat for our daughter and very quickly responding to a minor query even though it was Sunday! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Aljamar 19A.

Clean, well maintained holiday house

This is a very pleasant holiday house which we booked last minute - it was clean, equipped with everything you'd need and well maintained, with a communal pool a couple of minutes walk away. The letting agent Ian was very good at communicating with us before/during/after the holiday and extremely helpful at every stage. He organised a taxi transfer to pick us up from the airport, including collecting the key to the property so we weren't waiting around when we arrived. There was a problem with the kettle when we were there and it was swiftly replaced. The house was equipped with some basics which we really appreciated on arrival - toilet paper, soap, washing up liquid etc, not always guaranteed in holiday rentals. The beds were all made up for us and there were plenty of clean towels (although no beach towels, take your own). We were grateful for the aircon which meant we slept in comfort during the hot weather. All of the bedrooms were of a similar size and beds comfortable. The beach is a 10 minute walk downhill from Burriana Beach, slightly longer on the return as it's a steep uphill (as is typical in Nerja). In the opposite direction again about 10 minutes walk is a big supermarket with a fantastic fresh fish counter. One note on the pool, there are no sun loungers, people sat on a towel around the pool edge. There were a couple of beach chairs in the house so we took them to sit on to make it more comfortable. Nerja is a great place to visit and I'd recommend this house.

Fabulous roomy holiday home

Accommodation fitted us perfectly. Family of 6. Was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach although the walk back up the hill took longer. That was the only downside to the location. Going out in the evening was fine as long as you budget a taxi home. (Especially with a 70 year old in our party). The barbecue on the terrace was great and we had a couple of fab nights with it. The communal pool is just as nice as the pictures. Clean and fresh. There's no chairs or shade there so you have to take your own things for that. If your looking for a beachy holiday and the climb back up the hill doesn't faze you then it's perfect for a stay in Nerja.

Highly Recommend

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Ideally situated about 5 minutes walk from the beach. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning which is a huge plus. The kitchen is well appointed with fridge and freezer. The master bedroom has a safe and the lounge a dvd player. The pool is 30 seconds walk away and was not too crowded.. My only regret is that i did not book for 2 weeks instead of one.

Fabulous town house just 5 minutes walk from beach

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful town house, Nerja is a beautifully restful place to stay. We had an amazing time made even better by having the washing machine facilities, the hair dryers were a plus for my daughters. The air conditioning was glorious in the bedrooms, it was a lovely setting to sit on the veranda to have breakfast and looking out at the view below and the sea.

As described and more

This townhouse is as described and more, there are chairs for the beach and an umbrella, paddle ball, boogie board, and a large off street garage. And of course I locked myself out on the third day of my trip. Luckily Ian was in the office and was gracious enough to let me use a spare set of keys they had to get back in the unit. My family and I really enjoyed Nerja and look forward to our return trip to this wonderful townhouse. Thanks again Ian for everything. Thomas

Holiday in Spain

On arrival the property was immaculate, very clean and tidy, and well maintained. There was handwash provided in each bathroom, along with washing up liquid in the kitchen. There was enough towel and bedding for the duration of our stay. It would be helpful if beach towels were provided. As they take up space in a small suitcase. The beds were comfortable, the matress was firm, but this was not a problem for us. There is wifi in the property, which my son was greatful for. The property was flooded with light, which adds to the ambiance of this home. We found the property to be as described in the listing. A quiet place to stay for a perfect holiday. The vies of the sea and mountains from the balcony are breathtaking, along with the smell of pine from the trees across the road. The location was good, about a 5 - 7 minute walk to the beach, down bank, and a little longer coming back up hill!! We had a car so didn't walk in to town. The town of Nerja is very beautiful, with lots to do and see. There are wonderful white washed villages to visit in the mountains. A variety of restaurants can be found on the beach front. In Nerja there is a vast of restaurants and cafe's to choose from. I would recommend this property to friends and family. A great place to stay. Communication from the owner was very quick, and helpful Roger & Patricia Fullwood.

perfect vacation on a perfect location

After a very good contact with the rental manager via E-mail we decided to go on a weeks holiday to Nerja.It was perfect property on a five minutes walk from Burriana beach with all its pubs and restaurants. There is also an big supermarket nearby. The property itself was clean and well-maintained. The listing description was more than accurate about the property itself, its location and the pool. The property is located a five minutes drive from the motorway and the top locations in Andalusia are all with in a two hours drive (Alhambra/Sierra Nevada 50 min., Malaga 50 min., Cordoba 2 hours) In all we had a perfect vacation on a perfect location for very good value for money and I would strongly recommend this property to everybody.

Excellent, well laid out house in great location
