This split-level 3 bedroom villa in Nerja has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and three bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests.  The property is located within a few metres of two other villas that we offer, Villa Maite and Villa Mirto.



It is a comfortable villa with a private pool, set within a modern residential development on the edge of Nerja, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. There is air conditioning throughout the villa and a lovely terrace and balcony areas to sit and relax outside. There are local shops and restaurants within 500 meters of the villa as well.



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside:Private pool , balcony and terrace with patio furniture, parking for one car.Inside:Air conditioning throughout (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German, French), DVD player, cot and high chair.



In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has two bathrooms with bath/shower and wc and one with shower cubicle and wc.



All three bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.



The villa is situated in a safe, family-friendly residential neighbourhood and is a popular choice for both families and couples.



A hire car is definitely recommended for visitors to the villa to get around but is not essential.

Great location and property

Pool and outside area. Size and cleanliness and the location. The property internally does need modernised. The couch and chair in the living room in particular are very old and uncomfortable. The upstairs bathroom would benefit from a shower screen to stop bathroom flooding.

Highly recommended for a family tripromantic getaway

Facilities were amazing. The staff was very easy to communicate with. The property was very clean. Everything about this place is amazing. There were villas closer to the beach, but that was clearly stated in the description of the property. For us being beach front wasn't that important.

Calle Jara 6 is an outstanding place to stay!

We stayed at this property for 8 wonderful weeks. The villa is just as described…bright, big and has everything you need. Communication with Maribel and the owner was beyond excellent. We always received quick responses to any questions or issues. We had a car and we were very glad we did. Overall, this property is an outstanding value and we hope to return to Nerja.

Perfect from start to finish will definitely be back! Even replaced a popped rubber ring for the pool. I would say though that it is walkable but only if your fit especially on the way back to the villa as all up hill but we easily found taxis for that.

A very comfortable villa

Villa Palomas has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The sofa and the beds were great , good size kitchen which is well equipt. Plenty of hot water. Good location for walking into town. Sunny terrace and balcony but plenty of shade if you need it. The owner and Spain sun rentals were very responsive to the few minor issues that we raised. We bought a scratch resistant spatula and potato peeler but apart from that it suited our needs.

A glorious two months in sunny Calle Jara ,Nerja

We have just arrived home after a wonderful two months in Nerja. The spacious villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with many of the villas occupied permanently and a few holiday lets. Four of us shared the villa which sleeps six but it suited us as a foursome as we brought our motorbike and e-bikes over giving us plenty of storage space for all our gear. We tended to eat in quite a bit as the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including microwave, cooker, and dishwasher( so no arguments as to who was washing up) One of us made good use of the exercise bike in the basement and although the swimming pool looked very inviting it was too cold to swim in at this time of year. It was an easy walk into Nerja ( downhill) and the town itself offers all you need to make a great holiday.. shops, restaurants, cafes, and beaches. There is a bus that runs every hour to the town but we never needed to use it as we enjoyed the exercise. The weekly market( Tuesday) is a two minute walk away as is the weekly car boot sale( Sunday) so both good for a mooch. We had plenty of car trips out including Cordoba, Granada, Seville,Malaga, Estepona, Caminito del Rey and motorbike trips out into the mountains and beyond often doing 200miles at a time. The beautiful little town of Frigiliana could be reached by walking up the dry riverbed near the villa so we went there often as there was plenty of choice for a “coffee and tostada “with gorgeous views of the sea. A great holiday.

Magníficas vacaciones en una villa preciosa

Nos ha gustado todo, la villa es preciosa no le falta detalle, con toda clase de comodidades, habitaciones amplias con colchones duritos en los que se dormía muy bien, tres cuartos de baño, dos de ellos con bañera y uno con ducha. El salón era grande y se comunicaba con una terraza amplia que daba a la zona de piscina con tumbonas y barbacoa. La cocina grande y con todo lo necesario para poder utilizarla. En la planta de abajo tiene también otra cocina, un pequeño salón con televisión y máquinas para hacer ejercicios, además de una diana para jugar a los dardos. Además es de agradecer el detalle que nos dejaron de bienvenida y que sinceramente hemos disfrutado. El trato por parte de Maribel qué es la persona con la que contactamos simplemente espectacular, nos ha solucionado todas las dudas y problemas que hemos tenido. La villa no está en el centro, está en una urbanización muy tranquila, pero en coche se llega en cinco minutos al centro y a las playas. El único problema y no muy importante son los mosquitos, pero eso no es de la villa sino de la que está al lado llena de árboles y plantas enormes. Reseñar algo importante toda la villa tiene aire acondicionado que sin duda para el calor de estos días ha estado fenomenal. Sin duda alguna volveremos. Todo está genial, no creo que haya que mejorar nada.

The kids loved the outside area and the swimming pool, nice spanish villa. The villa was lovely & clean With young children the location is a bit of a walk into Nerja centre, not much you can do about this.

The outside area was excellent and the villa was a high standard. Really well maintained and was extremely comfortable and would have happily stayed for another 3 weeks!

This is where you want to stay in Nerja!

We really liked everything about Calle Jara 6. The villa is exactly as described and there is lots of space and natural light. We stayed for 8 weeks and found this to be an ideal location with easy access into the village, the beach and everywhere. We did have a car and, as an older couple, we felt it was necessary. Special gratitude to Maribel from Spain Sun Rentals and the villa owner. Their response to some minor issues was quick and we always knew we could reach out…great customer service! We will be back…muchos gracias! I think a sheet of information regarding the villa and needed info would be very useful and appreciated by future tenants. Other than that, keep doing what you are doing !

Casa de tres plantas con piscina y un pequeño gimnasio. Todo genial!!! Por poner algún pero… comentar que la plaza de aparcamiento para meter el coche dentro de la casa es pequeña. Destacar el buen hacer tanto del propietario como de Maribel de Spain sun rentals, cuidando para que todo esté perfecto. Totalmente recomendable. Nada todo ok!!

Good home in private district

Home is situated in private district with beautiful homes. Area around home is not so big, but it is enough for that time you spend at home during your rest. There is short way to beaches (Burriana and etc.), Nerja beautiful streets, Balcony Europa and etc. (about 1,5-2 km, we done this route with children normally). But if you have a car, you can go everywhere in short time. Very nice home. Everything made with soul in home and in the terrace area. In December we always have lunch outside on the sunny terrace. With switch on air condition and lovely fireplace you can stay warm in winter evenings. We highly recommend this home and owners to everyone who wants to have a good rest in Nerja district

Estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia en Villa Palomas, a la casa no le falta ni un detalle y el dueño nos dejó todos los tipos de facilidades que puedas imaginar, el trato con la agencia fue super cercano y se preocuparon hasta el último día. La casa es expectacular pero el servicio y la preocupación es lo que más a gusto nos hizo estar. Repetiremos seguro!
