Spacious and inviting living room with ample seating and stunning views of the ocean. The open-concept design creates a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The granite countertop island doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for 4, perfect for casual meals. Enjoy dining with ocean views at the dining table that seats 8.

The house is beautiful and views are to die for. There were a few problems that future visitors should know: 1. The dishwasher bottom tray is broken and must be lifted in and out during each use (huge pain); 2. The dryer screeches while drying so best to dry clothes when no one is in the house; and 3. The shower/tub in the master at the top does not turn off very well so it runs constantly.

Best vacation rental ever

Iā€™ve stayed in many beach vacation rental homes and this was by far the cleanest and best. The home is beautiful and its access to the beach plus a pool were the best. The kids in the family especially loved the pool. The screened in porch was perfect for meals. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great family vacation

We stayed here with my parents, my brother and sister in law and my husband and five kids ages 2-14. We all LOVED it and would have easily stayed another week. The location is perfect the pool was awesome and we all had plenty of spaces in our rooms. We would definitely go back.

Wow!! Awesome home!!

This was the perfect home for several family to stay at while in town for a family wedding. Views are amazing and the House has enough space that we didnā€™t feel crowded at all. The owner is very friendly and responsive with requests! We had a great time at this beach house and hope to come back and stay again in the future.

Family trip to Folly

Our family enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach. The house had plenty of space for all of us. Loved having the pool!! Cute neighborhood! Only 2 negatives. The kitchen rug was old and very dirty looking, and 2. The patio sliding door lock was broken and the only way to lock it was to put a stick in the track of the door. To me a house this nice and this expensive to rent, these are easy things to fix!!

Fantastic House on Folly

This house was absolutely perfect. It is so well stocked, and the beach front pool, the many porches, the elevator and the layout make it a truly first class house. Our boys were thrilled with the Wii in their room! We will be back!!

Beautiful Surprise

I walked in to this home and was pleasantly surprised. I feel as if the pictures did no justice for the view. It was cozy and felt like an extension of our home. I appreciate the ability to enjoy my extended family under one roof. Iā€™d love to visit this property again.

Best vacation ever!

Our family truly enjoyed this house. We had 11 in our family, including children, and never once felt cramped. This house is spacious, well designed, and is loaded with amenities. Everyone loved having the pool when the waves were too rough for the children. The senior family members loved having the use of the elevator, a great bonus in a multi level property. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Decent stay

Overall we had a good time and the location canā€™t be beat. Pros: the pool is AWESOME, location is so good and couldnā€™t be more on the beach, loved the big open floor plan in the main area, bed was comfy, LOVED the ice maker, views canā€™t be beat. Cons: wasnā€™t as clean as Iā€™d have liked. Rug in kitchen was super dirty and covered in stains, found hair in drawers, etc. No beach towels were provided which is stated in the listing, but I think it would be nice to have those provided since youā€™re spending a lot of money to rent the house. Dishwasher bottom shelf is nearly impossible to move. The grill was broken, but after we texted a few times back and forth about it, they brought a new one. Overall it was a good stay and we created memories for sure.
