The rental property was the perfect size for us. It had such an awesome view of the property and water. The kitchen , bath living area had everything we needed for a relaxing time at the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony areas drinking coffee.

We would like two fobs to be supplied, so in the case that the couple does separate things during the day or night and return to the condo at different times, they can each use their own fob to enter the rental facility, and not have to rely on the other one to let them in.

As I have seen other reviews mention the ā€˜check inā€™ instructions need a little more detail. There is no mention of where the mailbox is located so that you can get your fob. There are 15 minute parking spots by the parking garage. Park there, go into the building that says ā€˜condoā€™ and the mailboxes are there. You can then get your fob to get into the parking garage. Only having one fob did bring up a few situations where two different people were going different places. You have to plan accordingly so that no one is locked out of the building. The condo itself was beautiful, and was the perfect size for two adults and one teen. There were amazing views of the ocean, quiet hallways and neighbors. The couch had some light stains on the cushions. Iā€™m sure that is hard to prevent with so many guests but also a little ā€œgrossā€ when you donā€™t know what those stains are from. We did use the pull out sofa and had trouble finding sheets. We found a flat sheet, pillow case and blanket so we were able to make it work. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with your basic necessities (no hair dryer though) Overall the trip was nice, the views were amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

Stunning views

Overall, excellent stay.

Property was as listed. Great location with great amenities. There were just a couple minor cleaning issues it the management company was very responsive. I will definitely look to stay here again when in Galveston.

Wonderful view

The view and balcony furniture made this place wonderful. So relaxing to hear the waves morning and night. Bed was comfortable. Only negative for us was that the couch is dirty and worn but we spent most of our time on the balcony so it didnā€™t bother us.

Beautiful Condo with amazing views

We love the San Luis and this condo did not disappoint. Being there over a busy 4th of July holiday it was nice not to have to leave the resort unless we just wanted to. We were even able to watch the fireworks from the Balcony and avoided the crowds. The balcony door is almost impossible to open and close, that really needs to be addressed. My only other negative comment would be the TEN digit code to access the condo was a pain in the rear, it took me until almost the end of our stay to memorize the code, cut one fingernail off to be able to get in. Over all great stay and would rent this unit again.

Nice overall condo. Check- in was a little confusing but manageable. Nice view and nice fresh appearance. The Pidgeon poop was a big distraction on an otherwise nice balcony. Did not appear that it had been cleaned in a while and it was deep and everywhere on the balconies. That is the first time I have stayed at the condos at San Luis and I would probably pick the hotel next trip unless I just had to have a kitchen. Overall the San Luis is a great property!

Not clean

Condo had plenty of room which was nice and the AC worked great but not verify clean had hair in the shower and on the beds and the AC vents looked like they haven't been clean in years. One other thing it was hard to get in the condo with a 10 digit code.
