Dawn 532! Your beach getaway made with sunshine & simplicity! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat allows for the most Relaxing Pool & Ocean Views from the Private Balcony of the desired 3rd Floor! (No elevator) This spacious , comfortable condo unit has everything you need for your most comfortable stay. The open floor plan features high ceilings, fresh paint and new decor! The balcony is screened in to enjoy the elements freely while you take in the scenery. Smart TV's with Xfinity Cable plus streaming capability in the bedroom and living area. The Master Bedroom is gorgeous. Featuring a heavenly King Size bed, workspace, and large walk in closet. The living area features games, comfort, and accommodates 2 guests for sleeping with a Queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes fully equipped with beautiful ready to use full size, stainless steel appliances. Both Keurig & Drip Coffee Maker are available. The private bathroom accommodates with full size soap, shampoo & conditioner products. This perfect condo also makes your stay hassle free, with laundry room , including full size washer and dryer located inside.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, drip & Keurig coffee maker
GENERAL: Free WiFi, private balcony with ocean and pool views!
PARKING: The Dawn requires all guests to register at the front desk and pay a $40 plus tax per vehicle parking fee to obtain parking passes and pool access. The office is located on Seawall Blvd and is open from 10 am to 6 pm. If you arrive after the office is closed, please visit the office first thing the next morning, as it will be important to check-in there, for your pass.

Late check-out cannot be accommodated due to our tight cleaning schedules. Check-in instructions, including door codes, will be sent to guests before their arrival date.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
Upon selection/approval of this property, note that basic additional terms & conditions will apply. You will expect to receive our Porter additional terms & conditions via email, which will be enabled for you to thoroughly view and sign digitally. This is not considered an executed document until you view and complete these terms & conditions. We appreciate your understanding of this needed task and we are thrilled for your stay!

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
