Well appointed and completely furnished condo in a great location. Wonderful for getting away and remote working. Close to Loop 101 & Shea Blvd. Location is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, mountain trail hiking, and many golf courses. Old Town Scottsdale just a short 8 miles away.
Very close to hospitals, clinics. 1 mile to Honorhealth Shea Medical Center, 6 miles to Mayo Clinic.
Tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV and WiFi . TV’s in living area and master bedroom. Relax on the back patio overlookIing a large green space with walking path. Queen beds in both bedrooms.

Desk for remote working has lamp with USB port and 2 outlets.

Condo is very close to one of the several heated pools in the community. Lighted tennis and pickle ball courts are also close. Walking distance to the 26 mile Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt with paved walking path. Condo has an assigned covered parking space. Hot tub and barbecues located in pool area.

Great Place and Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Pickleball courts and pool super close. Also restaurants, stores and Old Scottsdale close. Comfortable condo with all the essentials. We are going back next year!

Great Scottsdale location and perfectly described property

The location is convenient to the 101 and makes it easy to travel anywhere in the metro area. We were very impressed with how functional, clean and well equipped the property was maintained. Property manager made sure we knew where the grocery store, gas and restaurants were located in the area. Felt like home, very enjoyable.

Rate a 10+ if it went that high :)

We loved staying at this property. Jim was great with communication and allowed us to stay late on check out day so we didn't have to hang at the airport. The condo is close to the stores, restaurants and freeway. Very nicely updated and comfy furniture. We would definitely stay here again. We rent a lot from VRBO and Jim has been the best owner we've ever worked with.

A gem!

This unit has been set up to be lived in, with MANY little touches to make life on the road easier. These range from a wide variety of options in the kitchen and pantry, to toiletries and other amenities - we felt more like guests of people we like in this property than any other rental we've been in! The pickleball courts are close to the back patio - a one minute walk if you like to play, but the excellent windows and patio doors keep it quiet inside if you're working (or napping!). Would happily stay here again, and recommend highly!

Great condo with great owner

The owner was very good at communicating with us before our trip to Scottsdale. He gave us plenty of great information about the condo and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The condo was very clean and well appointed. You can just bring your clothes and you will have everything you need. They even left wine for us to enjoy our first night. We have a friend who lives in the same complex so this we very convenient and will probably be the go to place for future visits or the visits of others.

Perfect Eight Day Golf Vacation!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jim's immaculate, tastefully decorated, spacious condo. The beds were super comfortable with luxury linens. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with amenities. The only thing we chose to purchase was dark roast coffee pods (there was a good supply of medium roast pods for the Keurig). Located in a very quiet neighborhood, we had easy access to Loop 101, shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. Jim was very reachable and responded quickly to any questions we had about golf courses, restaurants etc. The 1st floor entry was very convenient and there were two patios, one located off the kitchen and one off the living room that we often used. We highly recommend this unit and we hope to stay here again in the future!! Desert golf is the best!!!

Great location/attentive owner

This condo is in large complex with good amenities including 4 pools, pickleball and tennis courts and accessible parking in front of the unit. The location is near shopping, many restaurants, the multi-use path for walking and biking and a short drive to the McDowell Sonoran Desert park for unlimited hiking/mountain biking and 2 blocks away from the 101 highway. The condo is the best stocked VRBO that we have ever rented and was very quiet! The owner got back to us right away when we had an issue with the dishwasher. We are hoping to rent this unit again next year.

Great location, helpful owner

I was in Scottsdale for a hip replacement. The drive to the Mayo Clinic was easy and quick. Jim was extremely helpful in making sure I had everything I needed and very easy communication.

Lovely accommodations!

Perfect place for family visiting to celebrate grandson’s graduation. Fully and completely stocked with everything you need for an easy and relaxing stay. Lovely outdoor patios to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine with lots of green spaces. Owner available, very pleasant and quick to respond to texts with helpful advice. Highly recommend !

Feels like home

This was a lovely comfortable place to stay. Communication and instructions were clear with no problems. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook our own meal. This condo is a good size allowing everyone plenty of room. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the wicker rocking chairs where it was very quiet and peaceful unless there was a pickle ball game in progress which was nice to watch. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone else.

Home Away From Home

Our family stayed at Jim's place during our tennis tournament in Scottsdale. Jim was easy to communicate and always willing to answer any questions we had before and during the stay. The check-in process was through and easy to understand. The condo has nice fridge with filtered water and ice machine, which came handy on hot days. Also, the condo had everything we needed - a welcome folder, extra towels, toaster, blender, well appointed kitchen, everything described and more. The location was convenient. There are tons of restaurants and a hospital nearby in case of emergency. We'll choose his condo again next time we come to Scottsdale. Thanks Jim!

Great Condo Unit, Great Location

My son & I stayed here, loved it. The condo unit was very comfortable, clean and well laid out. It's in a great location, close to everything including the 101 freeway. Would stay there again if back in area.

Classy condo in scottsdale

This condo is in a convenient location and it was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Kitchen was easy to navigate and had a good selection of cooking utensils. I especially liked sitting room.

Close to Shea Hospital

On first floor, this 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us. Wife had surgery and the convenience of Shea Hospital nearby was a real plus.

Great Property

This condo has a great location to wherever you want to go in Scottsdale. The layout was fantastic for my family of 4. Had plenty of room for us all to hang out and even get a little distance from each other if needed. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Gail and I are the caretakers for our son and daughter-in-law Craig and Cindy. We have spent most of our lives in upstate New York. Since retiring and encouraged by Scottsdale friends, we have enjoyed the great weather and healthy life style in Scottsdale in the Winter months. Golf, hiking, and swimming along with enjoying great restaurants are among the activities we love in Scottsdale. Craig and Cindy and our grandchildren live in the Boston area. They also fell in love with Scottsdale when visiting us during the Winter.

We had been renting this property for 6 years. It was our home away from home. When the owner made the property available to us, it was an easy decision for our family. It has been well maintained and in great shape. The location is outstanding, convenient to shopping and entertainment, and at the same time close to the desert mountains in which we love to hike. And you can’t beat relaxing on the back patio overlooking a large green space.
Also very close to numerous medical facilities and clinics in Scottsdale.
We have enlisted a neighbor in the same complex who will be available if any issue comes up that needs immediate attention.
