Nearby trails offer hiking in the summer and skiing and snowboarding in the winter at Wolf Creek Ski Area 27 miles away. The local hot springs are 4 miles away in downtown, with shopping and dining within easy walking distance.

Great Studio

Great studio for two adults. Loved having the onsight washer and dryer, and a kitchen that if we had cooked it was ready. It's summer, however there is a wood burning fire place for the folks the travel to Pagosa in the Winter. So close to hot springs and waterfalls.

Pagosa stay.

The condo was just right for me and my husband and our little dachshund. It was clean except for the carpet had some stains. The condo was in a good area. Love the walking paths around the condo. The only draw back is there was no air conditioning and afternoons were hot. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Townhouse Pagosa

We love staying in Pagosa at the townhouse! Great place, very clean, had everything we needed!! The sofa bed was usually comfortable! The Murphy bed was amazing! We were not too far from anything we wanted to do! Spent most days fishing at Big Meadows. Thank you!

Great stay for the price

This ended up being a more affordable option than most small hotel rooms in the area. Check in and check out with super easy and the grounds were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed staying for Christmas and it fit all of our needs. The only thing I would maybe recommend adjusting is that the water heater runs out of hot water very quickly which makes it hard when you have multiple people trying to shower. And the toilet seat was really small. Other than that we really enjoyed our time.

Ski vacation

We arrived to a well appointed unit. Small, but only two of us. The Murphy bed was verry comfortable. Enough kitchen equipment to cook what we wanted. Replaced several light bulbs with higher wattage so reading was easier. We left our books that were completed for the next guests.

No amenities

It would have been nice if they included a pass to the recreation center for what we paid to stay here. Not enough toilet paper, not enough trash bags for a two week stay. Problems with the door lock. Sometimes the lock would not open and I would try it many times. I management know and it was like going around on a merry go round. Then after a week the lock stopped locking. I let them know again and finally after two days they sent Evon the maintenance person. He did get it fixed so we could lock it but still had problems with opening it. They need a new lock. Cook range was uneven and pans were warped. Had problems with the tv apps. The passcode didnā€™t work and then as I was trying to work it the tv screen went to some kind of upgrade message. Called management and they sent Evon again and he got it going again but I had to use my own Netflix and Amazon app accounts.

Cozy Pagosa Retreat

Located in a quiet neighborhood near the golf course, this cozy condo offers ample amenities for a comfortable stay in Pagosa Springs. The small kitchen was stocked with sufficient cookware and utensils to cook a full meal. There was even coffee for the coffee maker. The bed was comfortable with plenty of linens. The bathroom, although not as clean as I would have liked, provided ample towels and all of the necessary toiletries. It should be noted that the bathroom door has been damaged, so it takes a bit of maneuvering to shut it completely, and it doesn't open quite fully. A minor defect, but one we found slightly annoying. There is also a large covered deck with a nice view of the mountains.

Pagosa Springs Condo

The condo was perfect for our quick getaway. It was clean and comfortable. It was close to restaurants and the grocery store. We would definitely go back to this property.

Hard to find but great

The condo number is not visible from the parking lot so if you see 4260 4261, it is in the same bldg, but the door is to the left out of sight. If they could put the number plate on the face of the building (like the other condos) it would be much easier to find. However the location is excellent, neighborhood very nice and quiet with walking trails throughout, the condo had a few bumps and bruises but was overall clean and lots of personality. Perfect for a couple. If we are in the area again I would definitely rent again! There were two lockboxes for the key and the bottom one didn't work but we only needed one key.

Lovely studio

Very clean and quiet, big, great grassy area for the dog. Great location in uptown Pagosa (Pagosa Lakes) with several good restauarants close by. Well-stocked kitchen. Perfect size for couple of single, covered outdoor deck.
