Great Weekend

Came up with friends for a golf weekend. The room was perfect! It was clean and ready for guests. Location was great for all activities. Very happy and would come again.

The place was perfect for our needs, close to where we had to be. Unit was comfortable for 4 adults and the pool facilities were an additional plus. We would stay here again we no hesitation. Thank you

Nice facilities

Our stay was very nice. We did not get to use the pool and other amenities. But they were there for us. The location proved to be good as far as going to other locations. I would stay there again.

As Described

The unit was clean, sizable and well kept. The use of the outdoor heated pool and hot tub on some early November evenings was great. Speaking with another owner, he said it's really cool when there is snow on the ground while kids and parents alike enjoying the pool. Would definitely rent again.

The condo was roomy and comfortable. Big enough for 7 guests. We were there for my son's wedding. The kitchen was not provisioned well - only two wine glasses and 2 water glasses. I messaged Jiji and thought this would be remedied but it was not. I recommend Mountain Creek Resort and hope that this unit is better provisioned for the next renter.

Thank you bill for your feedback. we stock the kitchen with full utensils and supplies twice a year. it is unfortunate that you found it with missing things. I tried to remedy it but my on site support staff could not fix it before your check out. apologies for your inconvenience.

Thanksgiving Relaxing - fun!

The condo had everything we needed to host an intimate thanksgiving dinner and the balcony overlooked green woods and the ski lift. Very romantic setting and we were able to enjoy cooking, reading and walking in the area. Especially liked the Appalachian Trail -- which was the board walk only 5 minutes away from location. Really enjoyed staying in this large two bedroom condo with fireplace and the owner had us covered and well stocked. We will be back! Cynthia

Place was clean, lighting terrible- very dark if you want to cook. Fuses kept blowing.Guest room bed was awful, very limited utensils, glasses, old frying pans, showers very small. biggest downer to staying in this place is that there were no drawers in any of the bedrooms therefore our clothes had to stay in our luggage on the floor. Pretty bad!

We are very disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the true condition or experience of our property. Our condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay, and the vast majority of guests have found it well-equipped and comfortable. To clarify: Lighting & Electrical: The unit has ample lighting throughout, and there have been no recurring issues with fuses. Our maintenance team verifies this periodically and there are no reported issues. Furniture & Kitchen: The beds, utensils, and cookware are standard for a vacation rental and regularly updated. Additional items are always available upon request. Bathrooms & Storage: The showers are typical for resort-style condos, and the bedrooms are designed with closet space and shelving rather than drawers, which is clearly shown in the listing photos. We also want to note that the unit was left in an unusually poor state after this guest’s departure, which is not typical of our respectful guests. Despite this, we addressed their concerns in good faith during their stay. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and honest vacation rental for guests who respect the property and treat it with care. The overwhelming majority of our guests have had excellent experiences here, and we remain committed to ensuring a positive stay for future visitors.

Clean and comfortable

Property was clean and comfortable but definitely had some wear. Property management gave a long list of rules that no one actually cared or checked on. Zero communication while actually on the property. This didn’t effect our stay in any manner.

Very nice atay!

The property is in a beautiful area.. lots of restaurants, wineries etc. In an hour you can get to the Woodstock museum and site - which was our reason for staying in the area. Really enjoyed the pool and bars. Kenny at the resort bar took good care of us, and the Biergarten was great for generous, moderately priced drinks! The unit itself could use just a little updating, but was roomy, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The larger balcony was nice! One note... the washer and dryer are not in the unit... they are coin operated in the building - so plan accordingly. We would definitely go back!

Cozy and Complete - PERFECT WEEKEND!

I was in town for a wedding and with my wife being 7 months pregnant we opted to get a place larger than your average hotel room. We absolutely loved our stay. Check-in and communication was truly excellent prior to our arrival and everything discussed exceeded our expectations on arrival. The suite was spotless and even had some courtesy kitchen supplies on site for basic cooking. Beds were very cozy and the living space was enough to stretch out and enjoy time with our travelling friends. As we left my wife said "oh... we will be back to this place again soon!". Highly recommend for that weekend away. Personally I also loved that I didn't have to wait on line at or even deal with the front desk. My room access code was emailed to me and our loaner parking pass was on the counter when we arrived. Saved both time and aggravation. Excellent communication with the owner!
