Woodlands townhouse with 3 full bedrooms (no Loft) in beautiful peaceful location. Enjoy the serene views of the Sherwin Mountains from the comfy sofa, or while dining or cooking in the kitchen. Slide open the door and listen to the sound of the breeze in the trees while you relax. In a 10 minute stroll you can walk to Vons, restaurants, Distant brewery, Mammoth Tavern, Coffee shops, Bowling Alley. Open the door and walk to the Snowcreek Meadow and look for deer. There is a BBQ available on the deck for your use. The Woodlands complex has pool, sauna, and spa.

The red line winter bus shuttle stop no. 5 is 3 minutes walk across the street from the complex, and the town trolley also steps away in the summer. In the winter skip the traffic and parking hassle and take the bus direct to main lodge, this is early on the bus route so you will have no trouble getting a seat.

Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms downstairs, Open plan living kitchen upstairs with third bathroom and shower. Upgraded high speed Wifi provided. Upstairs with cathedral ceiling, and picture window with views to the Sherwin Mountains. Bathrooms and kitchen are upgraded with granite counters and all new appliances. Master has en suite bathroom with King bed. Second bedroom has queen size bed, Samsung smart TV with Cable. Third Bedroom has a queen bed and new twin bunk bed, and Samsung smart TV with Cable. Living room with wood burning fireplace (fire wood included but not guaranteed towards end of season), and TV with Cable.

No pets are allowed, we have family members with allergies. A pet fine of $300 will be assessed on any pets brought into the property to cover cost of cleaning carpets.

Natalie was always very responsive before and during our stay. The condo had everything we could need and the beds were very comfortable. Her condo is one of the few with three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Those are the best! The whole Woodlands complex is an excellent place to stay.

Great condo. Very clean, just as advertised on vrbo, stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, everything worked as it should, and owner was very responsive to questions. Weā€™ve stayed a couple times in winter and summer. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient

This condo was very comfortable and convenient. It is located in the center of town so it's close to many things but it is very quiet. Not only is the kitchen exceptionally well stocked, the bathrooms are well stocked with towels and soaps. The owner was very easy to contact. We enjoyed our stay.

Spring break snow trip

Great place to stay for spring snow adventures with the kids! The condo was clean, cozy, and close to town and the slopes. The living room with balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains. This home has all the conveniences you may need, including a well-stocked kitchen and a stacked washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable and it was a bonus to have 3 full bathrooms. Siblings vacation

Nice unit in a good location for summer activities

This is a 3 bdrm unit in the "Woodlands" condo complex. It is situated nicely for summer activities: walking distance to shopping , dining and playground options as well as close to Mammoth Creek if you want to walk to an easy stream fishing option. The unit is in good condition and was comfortable for our stay. We used the wifi and AppleTV options for entertainment; there was a gas BBQ on the balcony; and the small washer/dryer combo came in handy. Overall we'd certainly consider staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo location was good for catching the buses. It provided all the essentials. Close access to the market and other shops and restaurants. WiFi was spotty the 1st day but worked better the rest of our stay. Good communication from the owner/manager.

We love the location and size of this property. Having stayed in many Mammoth rentals ourselves we feel this is the best location for year round use. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is also an easy walk to the meadow area to look for deer. We love to walk to Mammoth Tavern for happy hour and to watch the sunset.
