Duplex- What if I told you…You CAN afford Paradise! Make the Call today! 🤙

Welcome to Sun Dreams II West, This duplex gives you a ton of bang for your buck. This is the rare unicorn that offers you a private pool for the duplex, private deeded beach access, as well as the ability to bring your 4 legged best friend! This property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area as well as a fully updated kitchen. This is the perfect home away from home for your family getaway.

The location is fantastic, a short walk or drive from all the best restaurants, shops, and fun in the sun for you to enjoy! Best of all the beach is just right across the street for easy access! The home has been fully updated, painted, new furnishings, new pool furniture and lounge chairs by the pool, and much more just for you to enjoy! The newly installed pool is ready for lots of fun in the sun and awesome memories of your vacation. Please note that the pool is 3-5 feet deep. We can't wait to hear about your fantastic stay at Sun Dreams!

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Perfect Place

This is such a great place to stay. Everything was clean and had every amenity needed. The private access to the beach was so convenient, and we could have our tent by the water. We would stay here again!

Great Retreat Away From Home

The unit was furnished nicely for our family's needs - two adult couples and a father and son. The kitchen was stocked with some handy appliances. Beach access was just across the street. The pool was clean and inviting.

Great Place

We loved our stay. The decor was update and nice, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well and made cooking easy. The pool was our favorite next to the beach.

Great place and location

Perfect location for family vacation

We typically stay in a tower condo, but will now only stay here!! We love the location, & the condo was perfect for our family size. The beach was very convenient & the private pool was excellent! The condo had everything we needed.

Relaxing getaway

Location was great! We loved walking across the street to the beach! There's a little grocery store, ice cream shop, bar, and restaurant that you can easily walk to a well. The pool was relaxing and the house was exactly like the pictures- very clean and fit our family of 5 easily.

A Pleasant Experience

Plenty of space. Close to Gulf.

The space was beautiful. It was right across the street from the Gulf. The pool was very comfortable and not crowded. We wish we could be there right now.

House was great

First trip to Fulf Shores

This house was amazing and comfortable for our group (6 adults and 2 kids). The beach access was wonderful and gave us an easy route to a very unpopulated area of the beach. The kids loved the pool because it’s not too deep so they were able to enjoy it. The interior was decorated beautifully and felt very large. Walkability to a restaurant, ice cream shop, and small market was also a plus. Will visit again!

Clean and convenient

This condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and well equipped. Although not on the beach, it was very convenient to the beach across the road. If anyone had 2 families vacationing together, this is a duplex and it would be perfect. No one was staying on the other side when we were there.

Clean, just like listing, easy beach access!

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 babies and we really enjoyed our experience. Even with that many people it didn't feel that small with the front porch and the pool/back yard area. The walk to the beach was really easy. This section of the beach didn't seem to be as packed even over labor day weekend because it is a little further from a public beach entrance. We all agreed- we would stay here again!

Sun Dream 2

I was told we could check in at 3 but then at 2:50 they called to say the house wasn’t ready. That was annoying because we had 2 small children with us. Then there were no blankets in the house or curtains. The sun shone in the house at 530 am daily. Most house we’ve stayed always had salt and pepper and beach toys others have left. This house had none of that. The dishwasher was broken they did come out and fix it the next afternoon after I called to report it. The house was nice , close to the beach and for the most part the neighbors were quiet. We all had a good time.

Great stay!

Nice spacious house, perfect beach access across the street, nice pool and great location. We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for me and my husband along with our little one to have her own room. We did bring our own blackout blinds for our little one and it helped cut out some of the heat in the room at the front of the house from the sun. The room still stayed 5 - 6 degrees warmer at all times. A fan for that room would be a great idea! The plug in air freshener for the house was way overwhelming. We had to remove them and buy something not as strong to remove the overpowering smell during our stay. All in all, great stay! We would return!

Best summer family vacation

Our recent early summer trip to Gulf Shores Sun Dreams 2 was absolutely fantastic. The duplex was incredibly clean and had everything our family of 6 needed (4 kids ages 11-2). We were able to spread out in the 3 bedrooms which were each spacious enough to fit a pack and play. The mattresses were very very comfortable and must have all been foam - that was a huge plus for us! There was also a fan in each room which is a must have on our list. We cooked in the fully equipped kitchen daily and also loved being able to use the washer and dryer that was available in the unit. Our family booked one side of the duplex and had our best friends book the other side at the same time so we loved sharing the pool together! Our favorite was the location and beach access!! Private beach access where we never had to fight over a spot on the beach. It was never crowded. The unit was so close to grocery, restaurants, shops and much more. Absolutely gorgeous! We would book yearly it was so much fun!

Wonderful getaway

We loved staying at this home. The beach access is directly across the street from the front door & the beach was an easy walk down a path. The soft white sand was incredible. We didn't find many whole shells & the water was very seaweedy but I guess that had to do with the amount of rain they had recently. We still enjoyed the beach! The king master brdm is on the main level with it's own bathroom. There's another ½ bath in the hallway by the kitchen. Another king bedroom is on the 2nd level as well as the bunk room. A shared bathroom is in the hallway. The pool was so warm & clean which was a great bonus with the ocean water being so full of seaweed. Close to everything but far enough away to feel a little more secluded & not near too many people at the beach. Sunrise & sunset are spectacular! Make sure you visit the Sunliner Diner at least once! We went twice in the week we were there. So yummy!

Great location - managed horribly

Location and check in were a bliss! Short walk to beach and less crowded area.Property management was a joke! Arrived to the smell of urine and a toilet broken and urine sitting in it even with a “clean” band around the lid. Feet were black within an hour of arrival. Pool was dirty and never cleaned the entire time. No extra blankets. Description was false, stated 2 cars and neighbors had 4 cars making it very hard to get in and out and approximately 15 people staying in there. When reaching out to property management company and speaking with manager, he yelled - guilted - and was very narcissistic. Explained my situation and why i specifically chose that property based off the description he asked me to figure out how many people were next-door. The standard of the description having 8 people max and a 2 car maximum was not upheld making it hard to relax and enjoy the property. He said neighbors could have their friends/family over to use the pool, even when I explained it was being used by them very inconsiderately as I paid to be able to use it he kept guilting me saying if it were my private pool I would have friends over when explaining that I was paying for the accommodation he said he had no problem with them taking it over. Would recommend owner get a new property management company and if you do choose to stay here hopefully you’ll have more respectful neighbors or management take your issues/concerns more seriously.

Downstairs was 30+ degrees colder the upstairs. Called the property, property management said someone would come out. Did said something was wrong they would send a repair man. To my knowledge they never came. Downstairs master bath toilet would not flush. Fast forward to the ceiling leaking in the kitchen. Called the emergency number on the packet we received. Was told that they knew about this problem and would send someone out. Please don’t use the upstairs shower. So out of the 2 and half baths the half bath was the only one fully functioning. The rooms are super nice. The tvs are weirdly placed, not really a big deal to our group We spent Christmas there and like I said the location was spot on. December is a wonderful time to visit. But I strongly suggest that the owner/ property manger gets the issues worked out. Full disclosure here I didn’t ask for a refund, nor was we offered one. But the owner and property management team were well aware of the issues and rented the unit.

Hello Melinda, We apologize for these issues that you experienced. A HVAC tec was sent out and confirmed, the heat was working correctly. The other issues were resolved, but not before your trip ended. We deeply apologize, for your experience. We did offer to move you to another location and to issue a credit back to you.
